Help me out here please! You are saying that in the health bill law that are government can take all US gold coins that are not graded by an outside agency as 63 or above? That means if I have a double eagle that I think is graded 61, it may not be mine. This same law talks about silver coins that are ungraded? Thanks

That is a super question! My take is that IRAQ wants money to rebuild its infrastructural. The program rate is what they could get. Some say chapter 7 is lifted, if it is IRAQ could RV now or soon.
