I'm no economist but it shouldn't matter who owns Dinar or not and it shouldn't effect the rate either. Iraq printed all the Dinar that's out there and when it RV's or RD's it will effect it all. I believe only 3% is in private hands. If they're worried about more people getting into this investment then it's a good argument to get it done! I also believe the Socialist / Immigrant in the White House could be the one dragging his feet on this. Reason being that his squirrel brain mentality is telling him that he doesn't want to create a new mass of millionaires that won't be dependent on the Federal Government. It's all about control. I believe I've read this before. It doesn't say anything about the currency or RD/RV. It only talks about oversight and a group should be implemented to oversee monetary, financial, banking and the economy in general. You guys and gals have to loosen up a little! IMO

Leola, I've heard this before, only five trillion of the 29 trillion is in Paper money. 5 Trillion is still a lot but better than 29 trillion in paper Currency. The rest is apparently electronic.

Please see Breitlings comments on WARKA Bank My link (Scroll down below the 99th show) His contacts are saying that WARKA is restructuring and not accepting new accounts right now. This seems to be the case since the new website appeared. If you started the process with the old website then your account should be established. They do take a long time to respond and it's best to email them when they are open. I've heard that they erase all emails from the weekend when they are closed. I am still trying to get them to respond to my moving Dollars into my IQD account. It's been almost a week so it's frustrating. I'm also waiting for my e-banking access info. Guess I should have done this earlier but didn't have the money to fund the account until recently. Good luck folks!

Just listening to Breitling this Morning and he is saying that his contacts are saying that WARKA Bank is not taking any new accounts right now. Apparently they are upgrading to handle the flood of recent new accounts. I know they have been slow to respond to new customers. If you have an account from the old website you should be Ok and your account should be established. I have recently funded my own account but I can't get WARKA to respond to moving my Dollars into IQD. I hope they do it! I wouldn't want an RV without having the money in my IQD account! So, is my thinking correct here? If they do go ahead and RD the currency are the IQD in my WARKA account protected. Seems like they would be as they are not tied to any particular denomination. I'm thinking about wiring a few more dollars in there today with the hopes of it getting into the account before the CBI moves. My last wire only took two days!

I think I'm getting closer here, trying to find charts of the actual companies traded on the ISX. I've always been a Technical guy when it comes to investing and I like the real time candlestick Charts. I probably won't find those but this site does have some charts of individual companies. Of course I don't know the symbols of any of these companies yet. If anyone has any input it would be appreciated. I've looked at both of these and the site offers information but i cannot locate any charts. Does anybody have access to individual Company Stock charts for the ISX? Maybe I missed something on Rabee Securities but found no charts other than the ISX itself. Thank you in advance 64jaguar

JMW, you make a lot of sense, But you are assuming that everything will be fair. I'm sure that those who held a lot of Dinar before it was devalued and lost all its value wish they could get it back. What it comes down to is that the "Powers that be" don't give a damn about the people so its hard to give credence to any scenario. IMO

It stands to reason that there will be some confusion after an RV but people tend to learn fast when its their money. Those who hold the large denomination notes might be forced to open bank accounts and deposit those notes to be exchanged for smaller denominations that could be in waiting with the banks. It might serve as well to collect those large bills and get them out of circulation.... Just a thought!
