i believe so the complete seating of the gov.....but someone once said that we did not have to have that. I also remember reading somewhere that is has to rc before the tarriffs begin......can someone verify this and refresh my memory on when that is suppose to begin? ty kindly.....i think we are close!!

is it possible that the rate could change during the day...with them being 9 hrs ahead of us...could it update say at 9am for us and 6pm for them...after they close their banks? Just wondering....or will it be midnight their time?
