The bank personnel CANNOT divulge information or solicit business on privledged information - that would be insider trading and is considered illegal - just sayin'. Coughing up a memo would get them fired and/or sued.

I worked in banking some years ago and i can tell you that banks do NOT have large amounts of cash on hand as a rule. Also, anyone walking out with large amounts has to fill out a LOT of paperwork. Thre is some credence to banks ordering more cash.

I was just on D Trade having a look: this is new: Due to the overwhelming demand all orders placed after December 21st 7 am PST will be shipped on Thursday December 23rd for Delivery Friday December 24th. All orders placed online will have their price locked in

For what it's worth - ordered a few dinar Monday. Got email acknowledgement that it would ship today. Got email receipt today but it still has not shipped so it does sound like they are having trouble filling orders. I was wondering (just speculating) if they were waiting to see if we got an RV today. Guess not, huh? Should I duck now?
