Out of the two options I would have to go with the 40,000. It would be a lot easier if I could select the 40,000, (Terrorists, Child Abusers, etc.). It may sound harsh, but how do you compare 40,000 to 4+ Billion people??

I think that is what chilli24 was saying, if they RVd at 1 IQD : .01 USD(1 penny) then a 25 dinar coin would be $0.25 or 25 cents. If it RVd at 1 IQD to 1 USD then a 25 dinar coin would be worth $25.00 or 25 dollars.

Well if it was correct it would mean every dinar we own is worth $3.60 cents. I'd like to get excited, but I'll wait to see how it plays out!!! Keeping fingers crossed!!

Interesting read, but this doesn't look right, "Iraq in itself has out grown the rate of 1/1 with their 12 – 16 million barrels of oil produced daily" Aren't they only producing like 2.2 million barrels/day? I know their goal is 10-12 million, but that is like 10 years out I thought. I'm just wondering if he was basing his theory on these productions...just a question!
