I wired funds to Warka Yesterday. They said it had to go through their Citi Bank NY branch first then on to them. Is this their standard SOP for wiring funds to your account? Looks like Citi bank purchased them.

Its the spread you're getting a lower rate on. Some banks may price gouge at (rumor 30%) and normal is around 2%-4%.
