I am one of those folks who is genetically disposed to laughing when someone falls .... I laugh at MYSELF!!! So you can only imagine that I am gaffawing at this poor guy!!! We do not really know the intentions of others even though we may have our opinions about them. Those in the "rumor" business, the selling business, the article "ciphering" business, the forum owners ... all have contributed to what has become quite the family here. So play nice with the family members!!! LOL

They do have a bit of a problem with their track record, but one day, IF someone is right ... all will be forgotten and we will be giving them the "high fives"!!! LOL

December 27th, 2010 06:01 pm · Posted in CHATS / POSTS Greetings Family, As I told you an hour ago I have stayed away for three days now in order to watch your reaction over the weekend. Some of us still need to learn the art of discipline but many of us need to be complimented for teaching the ……..Art of Discipline. It was important for me to observe your emotions. You were left with our time frame between the 23rd/26th for M to finish the GOI. Many of you feel that nothing happened during that time and became frustrated. I love and pray for those hearts. Remember when I said last Monday on the 20th that the GOI is NOT OFFICIAL YET? On the 15th the UNSC did not lift all of CH7……they still have to obey the Authors of The Plan. So from the 23rd/26th M finished the GOI and started to work on the 2011 budget which has been read a third and final time. Yet……tantrums are thrown because their hearts do not see an RI rate. The 7 to 10 days are being absorbed right now……be patient. M was a busy bee as he was supposed to be. You know who else was busy……..the other end of the spectrum………S. Try to keep yourself busy and stay in constant prayer to relieve the demand or need of the RI. When you say to me that even prayers cannot pay the bills…….then you have missed my purpose for the last two years. If you cannot believe that prayers can help you in any matter shape or form then …………….it is I who needs to pray for you. Do not grow so desperate for this investment to come forth that you dissect God’s Amazing Grace from your spirit. Please don’t insult God that way. Please hold strong to your faith. Now let me tell you what DELTA and team wish to report to you from Iraqi TV in the last 48 hours. The CBI website annually increases its BW. It is nothing new because it is not the first time that they do this. As the CBI grows so does it’s website. BUT ……..it does not take as many days as they proposed to do it. So that is something to think about. In the last three days S has been very busy with the CBI completing their End of the Year Audit which they call Book Cleaning. Please take note the CBI has to do these end of the year reports in order to clear the books for next year. Pay close attention to the CBI website…….NOTE……..there still is not a rate for the IQD. It’s waiting for this info. You still cannot exchange the IQD at international banks worldwide because they too still wait for the rate. There was a lot to this audit and Iraqi TV has been breaking it down for their people. They explained that when you deposit your money in a bank you get about 5.5% interest but when traded in to the CBI the bank gets 8% so they have been showing Iraqis the definition of an audit. They are teaching them what their CBI is doing with their nation’s books. Family…….in order to put in a new rate this audit is just part of the procedure that has to be done. They told the Iraqi peoplethat all interest must be paid by the CBI before any currency change can occur. That’s big Family……..think about that. TV said the CBI had an auction yesterday BUT you will only see the numbers explained on the Arabic page of the CBI website. You are being blinded Family of the knowledge that yesterday’s auction carefully detailed a complete breakdown of how USD and IQD’s were used from January 2nd , 2010 to December 26, 2010. The breakdown is also detailing activities from 2003 to 2010. Family……this is a historical summation of how they have used their currency……………..SINCE WE TOOK OVER. They can have the last of CH7 banana peel ……………..WHEN THEY TAKE OVER. Note…….historically rates change the last Thursday of the month more frequently than normal. TV DID NOT SAY IT WOULD TAKE 6 MORE MONTHS TILL JUNE TO SEAT A GOI NOR TO INTRO THE BUDGET FOR 2011!!! So please stop reading old recycled and outdated articles ………please find the date of the article before you call me. Team and I see an official GOI like ……..announcement in the Gazette. How long have I been saying this? As for the CBI article that bothered many of you today they spoke of foreign currencies…….not the IQD! TV said the CBI’s year OFFICIALLY ENDS ON THURSDAY THE 30TH. They will be on vacation after that but we are not sure for how long. Yes articles say two weeks but I don’t trust them. TV said 1/1/11 is the official start of their 2011 budget. IMO………this audit was needed before an RI rate can be released. Their books had to be wiped clean of their horrible 1170. DELTA wishes for you to understand there should be no panic in your heart especially since we do not see 1170 on the CBI website. Obviously we have so much more to share with you and we will accomplish that tomorrow night. Many of you saw the glass half empty………I saw a half empty glass that simply needs to be filled. We are all in this til the end ... I mean, where else are we going? We could cash it back in, but for most of us we have done without what we invested this long, why cash it back in at a loss? It would be interesting to go back and read the chats and "gurus" from a year ago ... they were saying the same things THEN! Adam had gone to Dubai and his CBI contact was predicting we would have a wonderful Christmas. I did have a great Christmas LAST year, but it had nothing to do with an RV!!! At this point, it is understandable that some folks are starting to look at this with a jaded eye. It is so very obvious that irregardless of intention, those passing on info that has been given to them, however well intentioned, don't have a clue about this whole thing. Doesn't matter who they know or how well read they are. Not a bash, just the facts. Come on folks ... if they knew what they were talking about we would have all long since been to the bank!

I said "hope I am wrong" ... in the meantime, keep my post in your file ... if it RV's soon, I want to hear from you, and we can celebrate together. If we go months and months and nothing, I also want to hear from you ... fair enough.

What happened to Iraq being debt free and "home free" ... you know, able to RV and everyone get rich quick? NOW we see Iraq wanting to backpeddle on their economic issues. Another chat saying Egypt wants their money and things could get nasty. Yadda, yadda and on it goes. I would not bet a nickle for a million dinars that we see an RV now or ever. HOPE I am WRONG!!!

Obviously it does NOT have to RV, at least not on our schedule!!! And to all those who say it has to RV high or investors will buy Iraq out cheap ... they can buy it now for 1170, just like all of us have done!!!

I can hardly believe that Iraq (GOI) and the CBI ... while perhaps separate entities ... are not working hand in hand. It would be like our treasury dept, the IRS, Congress and the GAO having no connection to one another, though, yes, separate departments. By EOY ... yeah that is what they say, but their history of saying one thing and doing another ... well, they are batting 1000 in that area!!!

Stay grounded. Just remember, EVERY set of circumstances that has come along for the last 18 months at least has spawned another set of rates and dates. Every thing the IMF and UN votes on means this is imminent! Last year this time ... imminent. Before the election ... imminent! After the election .... imminent. If the CBI was down ... imminent. No CBI auctions ... imminent. Computer screens and pinging ... imminent. You get where this is going. We keep hearing Iraq HAS to do this by EOY. NO, THEY DON'Y HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! Their history has proven that. No one has a clue about their timeline, and what may seem like proof of imminence to us may be only one more step for them in a long line of things still to come. More than anyone I want this to be over, but "just believing" and "staying positive" will not bring this to fruition. IF it happens, no one on these sites will have predicted it because they actually had anything other than an opinion ... they will just have been lucky with their speculation!

Adam does not know either ... no disrespect, but his CBI contact and "intel" then was all but sure that it was going to happen this time a year ago!!!

Another site owner indicated that he had gotten an e-mail stating that the govt seating had been announced, that it was on Iraqi news sources.

Over the years I have had several donkeys. They make WONDERFUL pets. Very smart, wiley, comical and extremely loyal. If you have cows with calves, a donkey will be very protective. Cyotes are fair game. A donkey will run them down and stop them to death if need be. Everyone should have a donkey at least once in his life!!!

It could also be that corporate did indeed send the e-mail ... they won't tell you that, but the bank employee is willing to talk out of turn!

there is a comment on another site from someone claiming to be high up banker for major bank and he says there is NO TRUTH to all the rumors that extra cash has been ordered ... lots of folks out there who are pulling strings ... probably sitting back and hooting at all the comments! the ones that get me are the kudos that say .... "Oh, thank you. thank you... you are the only one with real intel, the one with wisdom. Ahhhhhhhhhh, we love you man". And then nothing happens, week after week with these folks. What a LOAD!!! Little wonder Okie got booted from Frank's site ... didn't take long to see through all this!

The interesting thing will be reading these posts about a week or so after cash-in (IF that ever happens) ... methinks there will be some ticked folks when a comparison of exchange rates starts to surface. All you VIP folks will be well advised to check other alternatives. In fact, all of us will be wise to do that. A penny difference will result in $10,000 for every million dinars exchanged. Two or three cents difference and it won't take long 'til we are talking about real money!!! Oh, puleeeze ... spare us the top secret VIP stuff!!! LOL

This is how rumors get started ... that is not a rate!!! It is Frank's prediction meter on how close we are to the actual RV ... 9.90 out of a 10!!! Read the post!!

Cashier's checks HAVE to have a name on them ... I already asked that ... name of the sender, name of the company the check is drawn on ... but a NAME! Makes anonymony difficult.

It is easy to believe that there has been all kinds of meddling by those REALLY big fish in the sea, i.e. the Rothchilds, Bilderbergers and other big banking folks that have influenced and coerced for decades. They are the ones pulling Obama's strings ... he does not have the brains to think of this stuff on his own, but he has been the perfect "dummy on the knee" of those who know very well what they are doing. THEY could not have wished for a more "perfect" partner in their treachery!
