  1. Well said. It's our time people. It's our time! God bless to all!
  2. Hello all, Well now we have all of the October predecitions out of the way. They failed. Time to start marking off the November predictions. Any other want to post their prediction when the Government will be seated? Still saying Dec 29th here!
  3. Thanks Viper. I concluded a couple of months ago that these three demands would come about. Here is why. Obvious we have three main groups in Iraq and all three wnat to insure their group has a substancial voice in the new government. There is only 1 way this can be achieved. demand 1: approval by all. This can only be accomplished IMO by all three having equal seats in the new government. Each seat can have a different name, ie PM VPM, whatever. But each of these three seats have equal authority to make decisions as long as all three seats agree before the decision can be final. demand 2: distribution of power and posts. Each of the three have what will be considered as the three high seats, with equal decision and authority. Again, no one seat can make a decision without all three agreeing on this decision. This way any decision made effects all three major groups equally and benefits all concerned. demand 3: who sits in government position. Simply, who has what. Neither group leader wants to be positioned under another. Hence, the three equal seats on top. If this is met, no one group will feel they did not get what they want and all citizens feel fair decisions will be made in respect to their life. We have heard that Iraq is in position to make history in the Arab world. This is the history that will change the Arab world into a democracy that benefits all. It will be the one thing that will unify all sec groups into getting along with each other. Will once and for all end violence in Iraq. This one decision has the ability to not only provide unity to Iraq but bring inevitable unity to the Arab nations. Iraq has to set the example, and this is the only chance they have at doing this. It is so important that for almost 8 months they have fought hard to not see this happen, but to each group's avail it will happen. Too much depends on this happening worldwide and too many nations are watching this one country as it begins its path to change itself from an islamic state to a democracy islamic state. No other outcome can work.
  4. 2010 International Monetary Fund Iraq: First Review Under the Stand-By Arrangement, Request for Waiver of Nonobservance of a Performance Criterion, Waiver of Applicability, and Rephrasing of Access Link: http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/scr/2010/cr10316.pdf From reading this 48 page article, I was even more convinced than before that we would not see an RV Before March 2012. There were many items within this particular article that supported my research and from it I just didn’t see anyway we would finally overcome the daily boredom of seeing the Dinar rate stay 1170 for the next 17 months as in the section I, Items 23 and 29 below. Until, I reread every page and noticed the Annex I, Section IX which I have never seen before in any other report until this report was released. Why would this section be annexed in if not for any other reason than they are going to RV soon. I advise all to read it. I have colored the text in bold red that is the important part!!!! Very positive indeed. I. POLITICAL AND SECURITY SITUATION 23. Iraq became a candidate member of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in February 2010. The authorities already publish information on all revenues from export sales from its oil sector. Equally, international companies buying oil from Iraq will publish what they have paid to the government. Overseen by a multi-stakeholder group with representatives from national government, companies and civil society, these figures will then be reconciled and published in an EITI Report. Iraq plans to publish its first EITI report in late 2011. Iraq has until February 2012 to implement all EITI standards and undergo an EITI validation in order to become an EITI Compliant country. 29. Staff supports the CBI’s intention to continue to manage the exchange rate with a view to keeping inflation low. A strong and stable currency provides a solid anchor for the public’s expectations in an otherwise highly uncertain environment. (Basically saying they are going to keep the rate where it is throughout 2011.) ANNEX I. IRAQ: RELATIONS WITH THE FUND IX. Exchange rate arrangement: The Central Bank of Iraq has been conducting foreign exchange auction on a daily basis since October 4, 2003. The central bank followed a policy of exchange rate stability which has translated in a de facto peg of the exchange rate since early 2004. However, from November 2006 until end 2008, the CBI allowed the exchange rate to gradually appreciate. As a result, the exchange rate arrangement of Iraq was reclassified to the category of crawling peg effective November 1, 2006. Since the start of 2009, the CBI returned to its earlier policy of maintaining a stable Dinar. Consequently, the exchange rate arrangement of Iraq was reclassified effective January 1 2009 as a stabilized arrangement. Iraq continues to avail itself of the transitional arrangements under Article XIV. Iraq has a generally unrestricted current account regime and a significantly liberalized capital account. However, four measures (plus one exchange restriction maintained for national or international security) have been identified to give rise to exchange restrictions subject to IMF approval, namely, (i) the requirement to pay all obligations and debts to the government before proceeds of investments of investors, and salaries and other compensation of non-Iraqi employees may be transferred out of Iraq, (ii) the requirement to submit a tax certificate and a letter of non-objection stating that the companies do not owe any taxes to the government before non-Iraqi companies may transfer proceeds of current international transactions out of the country, (iii) the requirement that before non-Iraqis may transfer proceeds in excess of ID 15 million out of Iraq, the banks are required to give due consideration of legal obligations of these persons with respect to official entities, which must be settled before allowing any transfer, and (iv) an Iraqi balance owed to Jordan under an inoperative bilateral payments agreement. In addition, one exchange restriction maintained for security reasons should be notified to the IMF under the framework of Decision 144-(52/51).
  5. ROBO5258, you got the pickin's going on bro! Now how can we not RV after hearing that. Totally AWESOME!
  6. OK, we can throw this date out. Next? This date has past. Next? This one is also out. Next? Nope didn't make the cut. Next? Nope, this didn't work either. Next? Well, we're not cashing in, so what else is there to do. Someone will guess the right date. Just having some fun. No one being hurt. Whats the harm? Lets keep those guesses coming in folks!
  7. My Opinion Only, unless you intend on buying that 1 mil dinar outright, thats a fool's move. The dinar will not RV within 30 days and if you didn't intend on buying the mil, you lost your money. Why this was invented, so the pumpers can make easy bucks on unsuspecting souls.!!!!!!
  8. Once I started reading the Rumor Section I stopped reading the Readers Digest "Humor In Uniform", got more laughs from here.
  9. Chapter VII is really the thing people need to watch more than anything as nothing will happen with regards to the RV without the Chapter VII being lifted. And the Chapter VII will not be lifted with the government not formed. We can say Iraq will lose money if this or that is not completed and it may very well be true. But what one does not have can not be lost. Iraq will seat their government. They are looking at the concerns and they have plainly stated they will seat the government on their time table. Regardless what anyone says. The United States wants them to do it themselves, if they try to show any imvolvement, we look bad. UN will not force Iraq to seat their government, First, its not their place to tell them how to decide, nor do they want to. Iraq has issues, that warrants the time they are taking. Their peoples concerns are being considered. And they will seat within the next two months or so. Once seated, it will still be a while before they will be considered to have the Chapter VII lifted. So how on earth anyone can say or see an RV in Nov or Dec is beyond me. We no doubt will be hearing the next week rumors for many more months. I've read many posts on here and although I like the research being done and respect the much trouble taken to compile the data they have, just can't see what they see is all.
  10. OK all, try to stay off the negative button after reading this, but I still can not see one bit of evidence that even the government will be formed before Dec 29th much less we will see an RV before 2012. I would love to see it happen but wheres the beef? Something written black and white that can substaniate any of this. Don't see any sorry. Sticking to what I think (my opinion only) March 2012. God bless to all.
  11. Nah, real dates. You know your thinking of one. Just spit it out there.
  12. Awesome, see some great dates so far. Sure would like to see alot more like Adam, Steve, Doc, Scooter. Lets have fun, place your date!

Newbie to this forum, yes. Nebie investor, no. Never said anything about any lop. Never thought a lop would do Iraq any good. Would like to hear him address my opinions tho. or Steve or Scooter or Doc. Just because, I think they have well researched the history. Anyways , I placed a poll on "Other Topics" for fun for people to guess at the date they feel the Iraq Government will be formed. Go take your guess and lets see who will be the closest. God bless!
  14. Thought it would be fun for each person to take an exact date guess of when they feel the Iraq government will be formed. My guess is December 29th, 2010 Let's see who end up closest to the actual date they do form!
  15. So many people have been scammed that the general rule is "if it sounds to good to be true, its a scam". so they laugh at us, say we are fools, whatever. I'm so glad I am invested. I believe without any percentage of doubt this will be an incredible investment. But moreso, I have met alot of good people during my time since my first purchase. Just because I think the RV will not happen prior to March 2012, doesn't mean I won't put foot tracks on your back if your in my way the day comes to cash in. So to everyone invested - Go RV!!!!!!!
  16. I have no doubts, like you stated, we all make mistakes when first posting or when we are new to the dinar investment and post something. The difference is as time goes on, we learn, through our mistakes. Then as one gets seasoned, they tend to get irritated when they read a "what seems to be dumb post" to them. The new person who posted, unless it was intended to be a "funny" or "unfounded" probably thought it was informative or the question they asked was important to them at that time. As we are seasoned, we should also remember to season ourselves in applying respect to new members as we wanted respect when we were new. I was seasoned just last nite in the chat room when I mentioned the relation of RV to the Bible. Being I have had Christianity heavily in all of my life, I had no idea making 1 comment would provoke the short storm that took place. Took only a second to be slammed dunked. Caught off guard, I retaliated and defended my position (which I regret as I was wrong for doing so) and was referred to make those posts on the proper area. Not knowing what the "proper area" was, I later asked a chat moderator who infomed me it was our sister site. I went there and felt I was pushed away from this site to post those certain comments on the sister site so as not to offend those who thought I was going to holy roll them so to speak. Although that was not my intention nor was it theirs to suggest I go their to post that information. So, I got seasoned, plain and simple. As one said earlier, it only takes one time I do suggest that maybe we create an additional comment area on this forum. One called "Theological Related Topics" regarding Iraq. Which would allow the comments relating to the bible be posted there rather than make one feel their theological view is not wanted, so go off this forum and go here. This way we can still feel part of the forum and the ones who wish not to view can just simply not go in that discussion section. By creating this additional discussion area would be fair to all involved. Just a thought. God bless!
  17. When Bush said we need to go to Iraq because they have weapons of mass destruction and then we went in and found nothing, my opinion is he knew two things. 1st he knew this would be a golden apple for USA by the dinar RV'ing and providing the country with the money needed to get us out of deficit. Think about it. Why was there never a thing said about the US soldiers who went to Iraq to defend our country and was killed in Iraq during Desert Storm for stopping a country producing weapons of mass destruction and then we get there and not one thing could be found to back this up. Never has one item been found to link Iraq with weapons of mass destruction A few things were said at the time but it seemed to get dropped and no one mentions it. Weird. 2nd, I think he knew we needed a closer presence to Iran. Sure we got Kewuit. But being right at Iran's border really makes them uncomfortable and is one heck of a stragtegic move on our part because it keeps the oil in hands of allies and it keeps Iran in check. Another thing never mentioned or talked about. So the best way to get people to quit thinking about something valuable, whether it be loss of human life, strategic positioning to a country we know is a threat to us, or the RV of the Dinar is to quit talking about it. Out of sight - Out of mind so to speak.
  18. I laughed and laughed! That was good!
  19. So, we would be betting on what the RV amount would be when it does RV? And say if it RV's at $3.54 for example, the person who picked that amount would win all the Dinar's in the pool? And lets say the pool had 500,000 dinars in it from people placing odds of the rate the Dinar would be. And at the time it RV's, the neutral person would send us those dinars they are holding with a value of $1.5 mil+ USD if the RV was $3.54. I think I'd have to know the person holding the dinars pretty well to play. LOL Although it does sound like fun.
  20. Wonder how Iran will feel with Iraq under bidding their oil business out from under them. Great post!
  21. Molly, appreciate great reads like this you are posting. Thanks for your time!
  22. Hello everyone, I believe we will see a surprise that not many expect. A decision that will still take some time, actually why I said will take till the end of year to work out all of the details and be marketable for all parties concerned. Our Iraq people may be quite slow in getting things completed, as the lack of RV shows, and remember when I say this that they are people in the 21st century with the mentality of 15th century thinking, but never under estimate their intelligence. They understand that many do not to want to see Maliki as the Prime Minister due to his close ties with Iran. Then there are other large groups that do not want to see Allawi, take the position of Prime Minister because he would not consider their situations. Mahdi, although would make the best choice in my opinion but also has many that do not want him to take the Prime Minister position for obvious reasons. So how would an Iraq congress being they do have a high intelligence try to solve this blunt issue that no matter who was put in the position as Prime Minister a heck of large group would physically rebel and might cause a new war? Actually quite simple. My opinion, the USA has influenced them to a degree as they will put all three in the office with equally high titles, instead of picking just one. Change the rules of power as what each of these high positions can do. Then make it where all three will have to get Iraq congress approval before a decision can be granted and you have a selected seated government that has each of the three in high positions with equal power and not one can make a decision by themself. Now, not one group can feel neglected, and all groups have an equal voice. Sounds like our government doesn't it? God bless!
