I occasionally do work in Canada and every time I cross the border I have to buy a work permit that is only good for the time I am going to be there and I am told I have to have it on my person all the time to be able to present it whenever asked for it by law enforcement so please explain to me why is it profiling we our law enforcement do it here?

Yes Iran declaring war on Israel would indeed interfere with things. I think it would definitely put off the RV/RI. A govt. could be formed simply out of fear. But an RV/RI would make Iraq a tarket of funds that Iran could siphon off for there needs.
