Baghdad / follow - up to the morning   organized by the Iraqi Association of private banks, an evening of Ramadan , during which awarded shields Association in honor of a number of pioneers of the financial and banking sector , in addition to a group of journalists , economists during a Ramadan evening held at the station Foundation in central Baghdad. The President of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, Wadih al-Hanalal, reviewed the most prominent activities of the Association, saying that "this year witnessed the establishment of the conference on investment and reconstruction in Iraq, and the World Bank announced Iraq's need for nearly 80 billion dollars, for reconstruction. Training Plan 



He stressed the importance of human resources in the process of economic development sought by Iraq in all sectors, and the Association is fully aware of this and take great importance in cooperation with the Central Bank of Iraq, "Lava to" adopt a training plan targeting Iraqi public and private banks and financial transfer companies with Enabling them to develop advanced technology ".  
He added that "the private sector needs a set of laws to increase its participation in the reconstruction process," explaining that "this evening comes to strengthen the concept of financial inclusion as well as honoring those who avenged the flower of their youth to develop the banking sector in Iraq, and offer them gratitude and thanks." Community Initiatives The President of the Association of Private Banks addressed the community initiatives organized by the Association, including the "Baghdad Foundation" initiative to rehabilitate 20 squares in Baghdad, under the patronage of Dr. Naseer Shamma, pointing out that "



Al-Hantal praised the efforts of young people who worked within the activities of the Financial Inclusion Week, describing their work as a "Beehive", expressing the Association's pride as having a practical partner, the Central Bank of Iraq. The important activities of his part, said the Director General of the Administrative Department of the Central Bank, Saleh Mahood: "The Association of Iraqi private banks of civil society organizations important in Iraq and this is the result of the activities and important activities carried out by." Mahood said that "the Central Bank believes that The Association has clear fingerprints over the past period and believes that it is a strong business partner, and bears the banner of private banks in Iraq. I wonder if the statement from the bank in the Gazzette has something to do with this obvious concern about Iraqis not having bank accounts.

Still nobody knows what that statement from the CBI says, from what I've read in that thread.
