The Investigation Department of the Integrity Commission, in an interview on the details of the decision of the convicted convicted fugitive (Naeem Aziz Kazem), deliberately committed a breach of his duties by causing the recurrence of the disbursement of an instrument worth (552,150,253) million dollars allocated to a civil society, To direct a book to the Iraqi Bank of Commerce containing the name of the account of another civil company; which led to the repeated disbursement of the instrument. The court, after reviewing the recommendations of the administrative investigation in the Office of the Inspector-General of the Ministry, including the accused's representative, as well as the testimony of its legal representative, as well as the presumption of escape of the convict, reached full conviction on the basis of the provisions of article 341 of the Penal Code. The decision of the fugitive convict included, in addition to the paragraph of severe imprisonment, the paragraphs supporting the arrest of his movable and immovable property and issuing the warrant of arrest and investigation.
