Italian police have found a manual full of frightening details for would-be jihadists on the computer of one of the four Moroccans expelled from Italy for spreading extremist views.

Police found the illustrated manual, entitled “Organizing Guerilla Urban Warfare”, on the hard drive of the laptop of Abdelkrim Kiamoussi, alongside an audio file called “Techniques of War in the City”, Corriere Della Sera reports.

The files contain information on how attacks similar to those carried in Paris on November 13th might be executed in Italy and provide guidelines on how to carry out a successful attack.

“The guerrilla shouldn't look like a combatant,” says the manual, “but might, for example, look like a shopkeeper.”

There were also terrifying details of the firepower each terrorist would be equipped with before an attack.

“If command decided to attack the European Central Bank [in Frankfurt] and wanted 12 mujaheddin, each one would be equipped with a 20kg explosive belt so as to enter the building without hindrance. They must destroy the building from within,” the manual explained.

The files also show information pertaining to the structure and organization of cells that will be useful to Italy's security services in preventing future attacks.

The manual describes how jihadists only have contact with the boss who recruited them avoiding interaction with fellow members of the cell. Bosses will also change their address immediately if a recruit is arrested.

According to the manual, not all members of the terrorist cell will be actively engaged in carrying out the attack, rather each cell is divided into four areas covering command, arms and weaponry and reconnaissance, which all work to support the group who attack.

Kiamoussi was expelled from Italy on Friday along with three other Moroccans for circulating jihadist propaganda.

So far this year 59 suspected jihadists have been deported from Italy.

Yet still our POTUS feels that global warming is the single most important issue facing America today. Funny that the above occured in Italy.

Funny that in the 2 weeks the French have been bombing in Syria and Iraq in efforts to kill ISIS, the French bombed and destroyed ISIS's Command and Control Center on Raqqa. Funny that when a Obama Adninistration Rep was asked about this fact that he responded approximately " that as we have successfully prosecuted bombing sortes in Iraq and Syria over these past 18 months in support of the international efforts to rid Iraq of ISIS, that we did so in as environmentally safe a way as possible. We would have bombed ISIS Command and Control Center but we were still analyzing the best way to do so that had the least negative impact to the environment. After all these ARE the important questions we must wrestle with." OMG.  :facepalm2:

Hey Umbertino

Is Italy a "gun free" zone?

It is in that it's not so easy to  get a permit.. But you are allowed to request ( and obtain) a gun permit and to hold a gun (given your reasons...dangerous job and / or other situations ) to Law enforcement... There are  anyway a lot of hunters here (many hunting guns)

Just the other day 3   criminals entered a jeweller's house ( the house, not the shop) threatened him and his wife and 2 kids... He was able to grab one of his legally detained guns....Shot one 1st  shot in the air... They started to shoot back ... He  shot again and killed one of the 3....So far Justice has declared it was a clear case of legitimate defense.. He's free. The bad thing is that the other 2 were able to run and stole 2 guns from the guy
