Cop Retires After Body Camera Proves Bad Arrest

No, I'm not going all "umber" on y'all, but body cameras need to worn by every on duty police officer.

There days, I'm only targeted by threat of force including arrest or death if I fail to comply,so some cop can  give me a chickenshit "infraction" notice, thereby meeting their quota for generating additional revenue stream.

In younger days, I was targeted specifically for my youth, perceived lack of financial resource, for the motorcycle I was operating, or just picked on for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

While the vast majority of cops generally operate within the "scope" of the law, just the number of active police, along with the factual statistical percentage of bad cops, means there are thousands of bad cops on the streets today.

That means every single day, thousands of innocent humans are subject to the whims of a person drunk with power, who is also armed with deadly force, and thinks thay are allowed to do to others whatever they "feel" like, as long as they have convinced themselves they are intending to do "good".

Here, a cop trespasses into a private home, harasses a lady, and kidnaps her, all under color of law.

If any private citizen did what this cop did, they would be facing 25 years in prison.

This wasn't his 1st day on the job.

He has obviously been a cop for a long time.

Every day, since the 1st day he strapped on a gun with a badge on his chest, he has been making up his own rules.

It's taken some time, but in this video, it is obvious he has been violating other humans rights for so long and getting away with it, he is now convinced of his own personal empowerment.

I'm glad the idiot is no longer a cop, but that's not enough.

His entire arrest record need to be scoured.

Every single person interviewed.

And all those hundreds, or even thousands of people that he has illegally arrested, forced convictions, and destroyed their lives, need to be restored.

If he retired, will he now be happily receiving a full pension, paid for by the very same humans the oppressed over his corrupted career?

That in itself is heinous.

I respect what the cops go through, but due to the nature of their job, any and every intentional human rights violation needs to be treated severely.

If they demand to be allowed to "screw up", they need to get a job flipping burgers.

There is no "opsies".

When people are arrested and convicted, it will permanently affect their lives, FOREVER!

At least 80% of all business run a background check, I've heard renters have to get a background check,  a bad arrest and conviction means that persons future will forever be far more difficult, they will have less earning potential, will be refused  housing, and if they are the bread winner of the family, it will also impact every single other innocent person in that family.

All because some stinking power tripping peterfreak got a gun and a badge.

This needs to end.

Immediately.

Their surety bond allowing powers of police needs to be revoked.

They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

They need to know, they only ENFORCE the law, they are not THE LAW.

Big difference.

Rant over...DM

I tried to establish I'm no cop hater. I realized I just don't have the energy to play that game a long time ago, and became a firefighter instead.

There were years when my only friends were either police or firefighters.

It wasn't uncommon for neighbors to see multiple service vehicles in my yard at once, and no one questioned if there was any emergency.

Since then, I have learned a lot of truths that are not taught, or even discussed.

Suffice to say, the police "authority" is illegally applied every single day.

That is not the point of this topic.

My intention was to bring to light the repercussions of overzealous actions by "authority" figures.

While the unjustice system carries the bulk of the blame, as the series of check and balances have been replaced with financial incentive to prosecute and convict, the lawless attitude adopted must be stopped.

The means DO NOT justify the ends, especially when in the end, an innocent person is convicted of a crime they never committed, or convicted of a crime that was made up, in order to justify oppression.

We are supposed to be a nation of laws.

Those laws are supposed to be observed by all people, not just the ones that can afford to purchase it, or by a class of "elites" that administers it.

The cop KNEW he was trespassing.

He wasn't doing it to catch a murderer. didn't chase an armed robber into the home.

Some damn couple had a squabble, she left, diffused the situation, and the cop, in his ultimate arrogance, decided to escalate the situation, simply because his fragile freaking ego couldn't accept anything otherwise.

In his mind, any of his perceived needs clearly outweighed any real laws or truths.

How was his act any different from criminal?

He wasn't being threatened.

She wasn't a danger, to herself, her ex, or to anyone else on the planet.

So why was she arrested?

There's police in every major city that don't know if the next simple traffic stop will find them fighting for their lives.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for them.

But you know as well as I that when a person is given that kind of authority it changes them.

The problem is when the guys start making up their own law, in order to get what they want, anytime they want it.

Those guys need to be stopped, and body cams are doing a great job exposing the liars.

What about civil forfeiture?

Tennessee, and Virginia are famous for their troopers stopping travelers, and taking all their cash.

The lawless law has GOT to be stopped.

If they wont police themselves, they must be forcefully policed.

It's a wonder no one hardly commented in my recent post. The ex cop in the interview dismissed all the nonsense people assume about policing. He tells it like it is. Interestingly enough not a peep from the dv community. Too funny.

Didn't comment on that topic because I didn't feel it merited a reply.

Racism is everywhere, it is a dark side of human nature.

To narrow a perspective of an entire multifaceted problem down to a singular focused point that is not only wrong, divisive,  and obtuse, but it blindly and arbitrarily fails to even bother to acknowledge the greater issue, or consider the oppression of all whites, either unintentionally,. or worse, it makes the statement white lives don't matter.

How can you possible expect to be treated fairly, if you yourself refuse to treat ALL humans fairly?

Either you are being a hypocrite, or, you hate whites so much, and have been dismissing the police oppression of them , that you now feel completely justified in your prejudism against innocent humans simply because other people of the same color have once acted unfairly towards you.

That's that same as me hating all Mexicans because I was once attacked by a street gang.

A politician recently was heckled because he was at a racist rally and didn't know it. It was a rally, presented by the "Black Lives Matter" crowd, and he  said "ALL lives matter".

In the moment he was yelled at for not just saying only black lives matter, that crowd demonstrated to the entire world they are no better than the KKK  whatsoever.

The BLM crowd is nothing but a bunch of racist black people using any excuse to vent their hatred of anyone not black.

The white folks demonstrating with them are for the most part pathetic imbecile apologizers, trying desperately to prove they are not prejudiced by blindly condemning their own race.

While racism is probably a factor, there are many black cops taking part in the oppression.

Are you now saying every one of those cops hate themselves and are trying to be white?

I didn't reply to your topic because I am tired of someone trying to tell me what I am just because of the color of my skin.

Does that sound even remotely familiar?

Your post implies anyone white agrees with the oppression if they are not out protesting, and that's is wrong, arrogant, ignorant, stupid, and offensive.

When "black lives matter" changes to "all lives matter" I will take a look.

But if all you are going to do is try to pass some sort of judgement on me just because I'm white, then, I want nothing to to with a racist, I don't care what color they are.

I'm happy for you that you are laughing, at me nonetheless. Because you have already judged me, and you don't even know my name.

So, exactly who is the racist here?

I'm from Chicago. Born and lived until a teen.

If you know anything about innercity, you already understand exactly where I am coming from.

If you don't, then you might be just another poser anyway.

Nope. Sorry. You've taken up the wrong argument in an attempt to blur the lines. The video I posted reveals a cop expressly admitting that they would leave the white neighborhoods, enter the black neighborhoods, and fill their quota of infractions as a practice. That's fact. That's institutionalized racism. I am not stating anything. I'm simply sharing truth. No debate or argument is required when facts are involved.
