Cabinet held its regular ninth for 2015 in Baghdad today (Tuesday, March 3, 2015) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi. 
and Mr. Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, in the beginning of the meeting briefed about the liberation of Salahuddin province, process, and discuss the situation where and to provide the required support for the people of the province during and after the operation, along with the provision of services in the liberated areas, and the face of sovereignty ministries concerned to prepare for the resumption of work in these areas. And issued by the Council following decisions: 
 

1. The authorization of the Prime Minister the right to challenge some of the provisions and articles contained in the general budget for the 2015 law, and that the exposure verdicts and materials contested the Commission crisis. 
 

2. The Council of Ministers decided to inform the Ministries of Finance and Planning to approve the transfers amount eighty billion dinars from the agricultural initiative / Agricultural Bank to agricultural initiative / Ministry of Agriculture of the amounts that have been transfers were by the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives. 
 

3. At the Maardth Ms. Minister of State for Women's Affairs in an emergency during the cabinet meeting minutes usual ninth meeting held on 3 / 3/2015, the Cabinet decided to urge all ministries to nominate a percentage of leadership positions the level of general manager and above for women who enjoy the functional characterization and necessary qualifications to fill those positions if available, consistent with achieving justice and balance in the nomination and appointment of leadership positions. 
 

4. Approval of exception of confiscated vehicles under anti-smuggling of oil and its derivatives Law No. (41) for the year 2008 of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (467) for the year 2012 to address the subject of registration in the Ministry of Interior / General Directorate of Traffic, to enable the Ministry of Finance / General Authority for Customs sold pursuant to the provisions of the law of sale and rent money State No. 21 of 2013.

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - The cabinet held its regular ninth for 2015 in Baghdad today, headed by Haider al-Abadi.

3.       Based on what introduced by Minister of State for Women's Affairs during an emergency cabinet meeting Minutes ninth regular meeting held on 03.03.2015, the Cabinet decided to urge all ministries to nominate a percentage of leadership positions in the level of director and older women, who enjoy functional characterization and qualifications necessary to fill those positions if available, consistent with achieving justice and balance in the nomination and appointment of leadership positions.

4.       approve the exception of confiscated vehicles under anti-smuggling of oil and its derivatives Law No. 41 of 2008 from the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 467 of 2012 and address the issue of registration in the Ministry of Interior / General Directorate of Traffic, to enable the Ministry of Finance / General Authority for Customs sold pursuant to the provisions of the sale and rental of funds law State No. 21 of 2013.
