This is putting the squeeze on Maliki's son who for 8 years was in charge of all vehicle sales and registrations in Iraq. He HAD quite a lucrative business going.....in that, unless you paid his fees under the table, you did not operate a motor vehicle.

Abadi is putting a huge dent in graft and corruption..... will he stop it? No, but he is sending a strong message that that boat won't float anymore.
