Can anyone verify that Iraq was given back their airspace in the last forty-eight hours?

I'm not sure they have ENTIRE air space as the above link states:

"...according to the civil authority for civil aviation in Iraq, U.S. forces were responsible for securing Iraqi airspace from a height of fifteen thousand feet and above, with Iraqi forces to protect the atmosphere below that height."

However, that article is several days old, so if something has changed in the last 48 hours, then that would be news.
