I've made comment on this type of quote before and I shall do it again, Obama has been busy taking away our civil liberties since he's been in office. If he is not a natural citizen and therefore not eligible to hold the office he currently holds, we can impeach him and possibly undo the harm he has caused to our constitution. This will not happen of course if we just sit with our heads in the sand and just not vote for him next election, as if our votes really count anymore, i.e. Bush and the popular vote in Florida. All of you who think this is a waste of time or money may lack the understanding of the significance of this travesty. This would be equivalent to some ****** bag, not eligible or qualified to be your boss, becoming your boss and making decisions for your livelihood without your best interests in mind, keeping in mind these decisions are detrimental to your way of living...wake up people, stop living in the "normalcy bias". This is one of the most serious problems our people and our constitutions face next to the debt crisis. So actually, I do have the knowledge of forgeries and, especially electronic ones, and yes, through my experience and expertise, I have indeed verified through proven software that the offered birth certificate is a forgery. Using a photo editor or PDF viewer of your choice, you can extract this image data, view it, hide it, etc. But these layers, as they’re being called, aren’t layers in the traditional photo-editing sense of the word. They are, quite literally, pieces of image data that have been positioned in a PDF container. They appear as text but also contain glyphs, dots, lines, boxes, squiggles, and random garbage. They’re not combined or merged in any way. Quite simply, they look like they were created programmatically, not by a human.

What’s plausible is that somewhere along the way — from the scanning device to the PDF-creation software, both of which can perform OCR (optical character recognition) — these partial/pseudo-text images were created and saved. What’s not plausible is that the government spent all this time manufacturing Obama’s birth certificate only to commit the laughably rookie mistake of exporting the layers from Photoshop, or whatever photo editing software they are meant to have used. It’s likely that whoever scanned the birth certificate in Hawaii forgot to turn off the OCR setting on the scanner. Let’s leave it at that.

This entire controversy over the ‘layers’ has been cleared up, over at http://www.nkyvoice.com/ , we found a way to reproduce the same results as were found in Obama’s certificate. No photoshoping required. No OCR required. What was done was simply optimizing the PDF for distribution and separating the text from the background and surrounding areas helps with file compression and thus produces a smaller sized document for dissemination.

Birthers seem t think that a young girl in her last month of pregnancy traveled to a third world country with poor medical care....had her baby there and immediately boarded a plane...which would have taken several days, and many plane changes in 1961...with a newborn that she smuggled into the US....for the sole purpose of registering his birth in the US because he might some day be president.

However, it didn't matter a few years later when her daughter was born in Indonesia......

The PDF is composed of multiple images. That’s correct. Using a photo editor or PDF viewer of your choice, you can extract this image data, view it, hide it, etc. But these layers, as they’re being called, aren’t layers in the traditional photo-editing sense of the word. They are, quite literally, pieces of image data that have been positioned in a PDF container. They appear as text but also contain glyphs, dots, lines, boxes, squiggles, and random garbage. They’re not combined or merged in any way. Quite simply, they look like they were created programmatically, not by a human.

What’s plausible is that somewhere along the way — from the scanning device to the PDF-creation software, both of which can perform OCR (optical character recognition) — these partial/pseudo-text images were created and saved. What’s not plausible is that the government spent all this time manufacturing Obama’s birth certificate only to commit the laughably rookie mistake of exporting the layers from Photoshop, or whatever photo editing software they are meant to have used. It’s likely that whoever scanned the birth certificate in Hawaii forgot to turn off the OCR setting on the scanner. Let’s leave it at that.

This entire controversy over the ‘layers’ has been cleared up, over at http://www.nkyvoice.com/ , we found a way to reproduce the same results as were found in Obama’s certificate. No photoshoping required. No OCR required. What was done was simply optimizing the PDF for distribution and separating the text from the background and surrounding areas helps with file compression and thus produces a smaller sized document for dissemination.
