I understand! I was trying to be careful with my words.. didn't need to be bashed for anything.. But, it does say GOI.. so to me that is a positive sign.

Most countries have a GOI, so to speak. It means government. It is not as if the Iraqi RV or currency revaluation was being mentioned. Many countries have asked, or been asked, to forgive debt, as has been done with many countries for many decades.

But the important part is that you are contributing and paying attention, and sharing what you have found. Keep up the good work!
