Seaway Exchange not selling either

I am on the way to visit my oldest Grandaughter who is graduating tonight. I have a layover in Chicago O'Hare. I went to the Seaway currency exchange to purchase Dong and Dinar as a gift to my Grandchildren. The lady behind the desk said that they are not selling Dong or Dinar but would buy them both. Not sure what that means but It happened just 20 minutes ago to me!

IF THIS IS AT THE CHICAGO AIRPORT THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCHANGE CURENCY OF ANY KIND THEIR AND I ASKED THEM A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO IF THE SOLD THE IQD AND THEY SAID NO---JFYI

IT MEANS THAT THEY ARE NOT SELLING DINARS AND DONGS AND THAT THEY ARE BUYING THEM.......YOU SHOULD ASK HOW MUCH THEY WERE PAYING TO BUY DINARS AND DONGS, NOW THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD QUESTION...
