Do you think.... That the $680 million paid to Kuwait is the reason the Kuwait citizens were given 1,000 KWD recently?

Assuming that....... Kuwait roughly has 1,000,000 Citizens... At $1,000 KWD (roughly $3,500 USD) Kuwait forked over.... $3,500,000,000 to its citzens.

That's a lot of $$$ to come from the Government.

From an article I read.... 21 billion is what remains for Iraq to pay Kuwait. Not sure if it is in IQD, KWD, or USD rates.
