Why does Iraq continue to hold auctions and sell dinar at such a low rate (1170) if an r/v is suppose to be soon????? Or like some peeps think.. An r/v is farther down the road than we think. 2) if our government knows of this r/v.. Why have no leaks come out?? Like a senators neighbors friend or someone like that?? Just thinking out loud here!!
