Why would Maliki announce the government with himself acting as minister on three security posts? Why not wait until those posts are filled? UNLESS THERE IS A REASON TO GET IT ANNOUNCED TODAY???? GO RV!!!!!

Maliki needs to have all voted in and not have objections to any cabnet position. IMO he knows who he wants but needs to lay some ground work before he presents these three last positions. It is not uncommon for this to happen. He introduced all 42 positions today and expects the vote Tuesday. I believe they will possibly get the HCL approved Tuesday also and from the info out, Kuwait is now happy also. Now comes the Kurds, they had issues over the weekend, but it seems those have been resolved and just waiting on Maliki to sign off. This also is expected to happen Tuesday, so again IMO we are going to smile very soon, possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. If the various guru's are correct, Shabibi will pull the trigger as soon as tomorrow.
