MP for the Iraqi List, Mohammed Salman receipt of all parliamentarians amounts of social benefits. Does the KD imply Kuwaiti Dinar? because if so thats a big differance in iqd it + 7500 usd but if Kuwaiti Dinar it equals 22 million US? is there a reason for KD like because they are going to raise the IQD up to the kuwaiti Dinar?
