KTFM SPECIAL Saturday Conference Call 11-20-10

Part 1

Medic 67 gave intel today with Frank and stated a gentlemen came from NC and went to 3 different banks in 3 different cities - all were in harmony - all said the same thing about the Dinar.

Some individual posted that this Dinar is said to be a scam and the forum posted as a team to answer this... we rally and support each other.

The information called into us today was very motivating and not even classified of rumors and it turned out good... If a bank says its a scam they once sold it...so that can't be so... Chase stopped selling it on Dec 15, 2008. The first week we became KTF Ministries (which is a backup site now), we posted this news. From that correct news we at KTFM still carry on a reputation of good correct news to this day. Some still say we post items 3 days after the news articles come out and now all know that's not true...

We are close and we don't need to be soothing great needs of knowledge or intel - just specific needs of those needing prayers and support.

I separate my intel by dots so you can think on what I say - we pray and support each other at KTFM and probably move forward with 10% that is left - we now have at least 14,000 members and if we are left with 1,000, we will go forward to make a difference for GOD - we will build churches and all our members who have died to we will put on the cornerstone of their foundations the names of these people and dedicate these churches to them.

Lower denoms are inportant to our team and Okie has info so he should be here at 8:30 - I have great respect for Frank and he said he has proof of the lower denoms. They are important -cause if a lower denom has been seen in the streets that means the rate has been released...that means this would be the last thing to do - the dealers can still sell dinars in the lower denoms... to see lower denoms would tell you we are there already- OKIE may be able to help up - they were distributed in the year already - they were in the banks already in the beginning of this year...its an important clue if we see them now...

Frank states that the lower denoms have been seen again by proof from Okie and he respects Okie. Lower Denoms are important as they were removed early in the year... and the lower denoms if they are in the streets, then thats it - it is the last thing we will see it will be a tie and release the rate - it maybe both at the same time or one and then other next day - or rate with the denoms can't release the lower denoms without the rate - the denoms will co-exist both dinars the 3zeros and the IQD.

AQ has an article...and Delta has arrived

Frank says that the Iraqi stock exchange news came from Delta news was - BIG CEO lifting the 3 zeros will not effect the stock exchange or the shareholders... and 2 days ago another article came from this stock exchange that said the contracts would come to Iraq and stock exchange would see a big boost...

AQ will release an article saying - do you see any more articles that say I am mad and won't agree... patterns have changed and the articles that say what they are going to do with their currency... the lifting of the 3 zeros will add value to the IQD - that is the first time it was said on Iraqi TV - they are educating the people and repeating the article that are favorable with the Dinar... its being recycled with a little more information to the Iraqi citizens - it will happen this year - Shabibi himself going to speak next week... AQ said that the stock exchange she found a CBI rep calling their currency a national currency - last sentence while considered among the Academy delete the zeros move towards an increase in the national currency, instead of dealing in foreign currencies, especially the dollar, asserting that such a decision «means added strength of the Iraqi dinar».

CBI recorded an increase in their reserves - article on today's rate ... Shabibi wants to talk now - CBI wants to do something with their money - and they want the IQD to increase... The future oil rights and reserves and the 90% of the server of the land is not done yet the CBI in connection with cash management reform in the coming years, pointing out that the GDP will double, especially in the field of oil and other activities

3rd article 2011 budget will be ready in the next few days will be approved by the Iraq Parliament. Shabibi wants to accomplish the release of lower denoms and release the rate in 2010 - and the fiscal year of 2011 has started - there is an Islamic year too... which is next week - they do get into their astrological things - we have a blue harvest moon that is important to them too - the take in all the factors...

Delta begins here: This is what happened on Iraq TV and connections from the ME. THe GOV first and 2nd of the rate from the CBI - last 4-5 days that came out that talabani has letters signed and ready to give to Maliki - Party begins their Sunday our Saturday PM in signing of Mlilki to PM of Iraq Officially - all departments have their own work to do and very busy next week or so - Maliki will hire people and put in position and very strong it will be - the Parliamanet will have committees - the budget is teh first priority for the parliament - they have to approve the budget the cabinet and PM did approve it 2-3 months ago and it was 100 trillion dinars- they asked the paliamentto approve it ASAP and the budget before they approve it - they currency value has to go up - its a fact - Iraq they have 27 trilion dinars at this rate is = to 27 billion dinars and what will they do to have the right amount to support the budget? They have to revalue this so says the CBI - at 86 trillion - 310 dinars for every dollar = 27 dinars they can't support it now at the value it is now... They did collect 85% or more of the 3 zero denoms - and its down to 25 billion dinars - 50 billino dinars are in reserve - Kuwait has a reserve also - 20 billion dollars reserve and their rate is about $3.75 right now per Kuwait dinar - you only need 25% backup to do that - its easy for Iraq to come out at $3.44 to do that - they have MORE than 50% to do that - last 3 days CBi and Oil Minister and IMF people in Jordan and world bank and iMF says they bankin sectors has to be reformed and condition says to raise the value of the dinar to help them. Yesterday Delta saw that they were meeting and today it was concluded in Jordan and it was VERY Positive and all agreed and they will get another $3.7 billion loan or Line Of Credit from the iMF and good news is that the IMF says the condition is to revalue the Dinar or they won't get any more from the IFM - they said it was a successful meeting... ALL good news and tonight starting tonight our saturday is going to be all of us on HIGH ALERT starting tomorrow as it COULD go up as anything could happen cause this is the first time on Iraq they mentioned on TV that they WOULD increase the value of the Iraq Dinar... ON TV this is the first time! Its the first time and the CBI confirmed this...

THe Contractors work they were paid in dollars and now looks what is going on - helps Shabibi and last 3 days all Iraq news all the TV everybody says that lifting the 3 zeros will increase the value of DINARS and will put iraq in the right position with the IMF - never said that before... IHO Iraq will never say that unless they are ready and so says their CBI confirms that - I am not hiding nothing anymore as we are THERE - THE CBI been ready since September Shabibi was ahead of schedule - ready and lots of people are saying starting US time Saturday everyone will be in high alert waiting for the CBI announcement - this is a FACT NOT RUMORS this will be coming - the last 2-3 weeks they have been educating their people - and waiting for GOI - Allawi is out of the picture now - he was the biggest looser - why - they realized he was a part of the plan and since he knows the plan he will screw up everything so they say go back to London and unfortunately Malilki won and he has they keys for everything - from George Bush he knew everything from day one - date and rate and Maliki he can officially tomorrow sign off on the budget and announce the RV and do the rate before the Parliament approves the budget - they have to do it BEFORE but the are NOT sure how much it is as the documents are not there in their hands as its due to the holiday tomorrow... ANY MINUTE Starting their Sunday AM 8am their time is 3am out time and the counting will start at that time...

We have been doing this for many years and many things guided us along the way on the trails and today it came out that said we still need to pass some laws - Frank said ON MY GOODNESS we are there... About the budget they quoted today their 2011 budget will be ready before parliament meeting on Sunday which is tomorrow.... THERE IS NO WAY ON THIS PLANET that the 2011 budget will function at 1170 not with the contracts signed - so many factors require the rate to be high to expedite these factors of contracts and 14 other items - in military power is buying items such as helicopters etc and equipment now that's in the trillions and it has not been paid for it... we know its going to happen but charter 7 says that can't but they can change rules for the benefit for all...for them to say the budget will be introduced before the parliament will being there - they can't approve the budget without releasing the rate yet...CBI and Shabibi has to release it now as there is a Parliament and a budget ready... he is happy and delta says that Maliki looks VERY happy in the news - he is one of the happiest men on earth right now... AQ states New article posted on forum just now says Expectations for the near completion of the 2011 budget to be ready before the parliament meets on Sunday ... The budget requires the rate and a good 25 things are ready that need the new rate - contracts there are signed calculating this rate.... there is too many things that requires it to be alert - this a REINSTATEMENT of the Dinar and decide to add value to it 20% then take it up to $3.86 --- 25 billion to support 87 Billion it has to be $3.44 - that was Kuwaits rate at the beginning of 2010 but don't let it be one penny above Kuwait - they know exactly how much Iraq will come out at- and then Kuwait is now at $3.75 so IQD will be just at that rate...

Delta says that the good news also is 100% assurity in the CBI states the rate will be fixed for at least 2 years and will only be increase by 2% up to 2 years - so time limit for rate 2 full years... The CBI why they need 2 years? They agreed to this... Any Jordan Afghanistan, Africa, they are exchanging this for $1 per Dinar is this true? Rumors says Delta that his connects says the first of all family keep in mind when Iraq revalue they don't have to exchange for $$$ - 2nd Jordan or Syria till now did not deal in IQD - the only place you can't use IQD is Kuwait due to stock there and you have Dubai and Jordan and Syria you can't use $$ there its illegal... Syrian pounds used there... BUT RUMORS are false its impossible to exchange IQD for dinars...ITS FALSE - desperation on behalf of a citizen may have been told by a person that happened only.... Talk on street is rampid and rumors go around that is $.86 but its in the street and its impossible... They barter for food and US $ except for the dinar right now... so it needs to revalue...

Frank State that one of my sources was stubborn with me cordial but subborn and he is from over there... he kept saying no no it will be years before the currency goes up in Value - this past April 2010 he states and Frank laughed as the elections happened and the rate would e in the budget - he said they would not sit until August at that time...I dont' carry the banner of lies or depression and since it was NOT my intel I left it alone and created 1...2.........3 and it took 8 months... The guy calls me last week and he says to me I guess you guys were right and we are going to do this this year and things are getting ready and we are moving fast over here an he says not sure when but it will be this year... he didn't know the rate but knew it was over $1 and based on this guy telling Frank this he knew this as the studying of them repeating the Kuwait scenario - it could come out at $.10 or $.86 and he told Frank he was sure it was over $1. for sure and now Frank no longer fears they will follow Kuwaits course... They have the US backing and the contracts and the rate should be twice the size of Kuwait was...Delta says Frank you are right...3-4 years ago they wanted to do this at $.10... if they don't come up at least OVER $1. they will continue to use this as their money - Shabibi said long ago this was $.70 to $.80 in 2007 THEN... when he made this statement he had a plan which is PArt of the plan of the Arthur - it was in 3 stages from 2007 and how many years has it been now? Its was in 3 parts of slow process and it has been 3 years now so add that to the value...

AQ says to Delta question - please clarify what $3.44 rate - Delta says they can support up to $6 or $12 if they want - Kuwait is $3.75 and it WAS $3.44 but the budget and Shabibi said that 27 trillion money supply and eliminate the 3 000 and they will keep 25 billion dinars in the market - and based on 87 billion budget - based it will revalue at $3.44 in order for them to support that amount... up to $3.44they can come up to and go with that - no one KNOWS the TRUE rate - only confidential people know the rate... and it will be fixed for 2 years and it be that time table to collect it...

Frank says in April when the election occurred - I felt when they seated they would release the rate in 2010 but there was no 2010 rate for NO GOI that NEVER SAT - it was an innocent mistake and now when it is in the 2011 budget its NOT a mistake... Delta says it will be over $1 for sure and the CBI determined it would be NO less than $1 - NO ONE knows the rate but Maliki Shabibi but hardly no one knows 85% of IMF has to approve that rate.... there is a process to do and what iF Shabibi says $5 then the IMF approve it they have to say it...

Shabibi is smart as he said it would be in 2 stages of rates one now and one at the end of 2 years...

Frank thinks next week we will - tomorrow the GOI will finally will say every Cabinet position is filled maliki team is seated and is already given to Maliki and =when the GOI does this if they decide to release the 2011 budget that means the rate should be in that budget will they expose it to us or expose it quietly to those that signed contracts? Not sure but Frank feels we will see the beginning steps that STILL NEED TO PASS SOME LAWS that there is time needed after tomorrow to pass some laws... Let them sit, be festive tomorrow and yodel in the street but YOU be quiet - GOD willing we will see something before the end of this month. Delta says that for our investment we don't need all 40 of Maliki's seats but 10 seats showing is enough...IN DELTAs opinion he says this is our month - if they pass the budget they have to release the rate before they approve the budget - and IQD stock exchange is now undervalued and the true value is 10 20 30 times and we will see the boost in the stock exchange- TONIGHT WE WILL BE IN HIGH ALERT TILL THE END OF THE MONTH HAS THE POTENTIAL OF THE RATE AND RI HAPPENING AND THEY ALMOST ANNOUNCED THIS IN-DIRECTLY ON THE TV ALREADY...in 3 major Iraq channels

AQ says I hold firm to the BING BAM BOOM and 40 positions were given and now 1 position is active left and could this happen in the high alert when Maliki is sworn in.... they have to every coalition and he will hire them and pick the right one... When Maliki picks the position out the parliament has to vote on the one he picks for each position...

AQ asked could it be possible that all nominees be ready when he is sworn in - yes says Delta as last week the holiday was on but everyone was busy nominating people- they were working for the 40 people.. Financial Minister and Oil Minister are the two important ones...

Delta says that Presidencies were the most important and the other positions can wait till after the revalue - tomorrow AM first priority is to approve the budget and the rate has the CBI read the rate tomorrow Morning as its in the 2011 budget and today proved the IMF approved to give Iraq another loan IF THEY WOULD RAISE THE RATE OF THE CURRENCY..

Dame just posted article on forum that the committees are being formed right now Delta says he's is right it will happen besides the budget.. Delta says that yes stay alert now through next Saturday and Sunday...

Frank says that NO Appointments will be made tomorrow to cash out - it will be within a few days up to next Sunday - next Monday of next week - not yet... but all are on high alert...

Maliki is beyond happy - Frank says that Maliki is his buddy now to continue with this excitement and yes he is in charge to a degree and make that GOI sit and open with the rate sir... Frank asks Kuwait rate is actually around 3.44 not around $3.75 can someone go to Kuwait Bank and post a REAL rate please - lets get this right

Delta says that the Kuwait rate is not really of value to us as they will do this. Kuwait Rate is now $3.57 now today...

Question from Sigshome - what about the DONG: Frank hears nothing about the Dong - it was put into hibernation by China and they did raise THEIR currency via the IMF 4 times in 2010 and that put a hold on the value being raised on the Dong. we have no knowledge of the basket of currencies but IMO yes I believe it will....

Cal58 says that based on Iraq law the least that can revalue is at $1.55 the minimum - I can care less but I want the maximum rate... Cal58 call me tomorrow and lets talk about that...

Sherry asks if there is a 2 year fix on the rate is there still a rush to cash in as defined - Frank stays if I said to get in an get out fast it was based ont eh concept to get the dinars as quickly as you can and cash out as quickly as you can as we dont' know what the future holds with Iraq or their neighbors future is - it can spill into their borders and effect the rate established. Jealousy of neighboring countries comes into play. I doubt it will be $3+ dollar but if it comes in low and you have to tell Ali that the $1 rate is too low if it is $1 then you may have to make decision if to cash out now or let it float...

It's possible for the CBI to stable their rate... or come out low and let it go... IHO he feels it would come out low would be smarter ...

Delta says that few years ago it was $3.22 and now since it will be a managed float fixed - up to 1 or 2% higher over a time of 2 years and goal is to go to $4 - $5 after two years...Delta says they can't come lower than $2.75 at all...IHO - there is a reason that the 3 zero caused this NOT to come in too low - it will be fixed for two years and it won't be that low...

Frank still feels that the Lord has done this before and he is passing this baton to us an we have a job to day - to build churches as lucifer wants NO churches in the latter days to loose your soul... Okie says taht the IMF the minister of Finacn and CBI meeting that part of the arrangement with the IMF is paris club debt reduction has a time limit on it relative to RV and if not they will fall out under the protection of the debt. Okie says a hoopla celebration tomorrow is the beginning in the end... too many credence given tomorrow and we will not cash out on Monday - Frank says excited about a week from tomorrow and Okie says IHO that we will be surprised maybe on Wednesday irrespectively in what they have done before... probably the IMF has never been involved in another country like this before... there is no precedence set for this happening - Frank says the office of the plan tolerate a lot of ca ca -

Okie says Sept 8th this was to happen but one factor restricted it - Maliki - Frank says we are happy that Maliki is happy - Frank says we are proud of you Okie...

Delta says that the smart cards will come out on the 25th...and loaded on the 10th of December...

Smart cards will be prepaid for the month of Dec? asks Okie - allocations a month a head of time?

Delta says Dec 10th - pay ahead of time they will have to have some money to do this - Delta says card to come first then load them....but Okie says they would get the allocation a month ahead of time with the new rate in lew of 1250 to 250 per dinar... the 1250 is for a RATION card NOT the smart card says Delta... like a food stamp RATION card - if someone makes more than 1250 will be taken out of the program...

Okie felt the smart card was the ONLY card - NO says Delta - there are TWO cards - the food stamp card and the smart card... Iraq is asking the UN for this to remain for one more year...

Frank says that if they seat tomorrow I give you a 9.95 out of 10 they will RI this year... Okie says that Shabibi stating that his goal was to remove the 3 000's this year and IQD will be worth more and will be done by then end of 2010 at least... Okie says IMHO before the end of November... Frank looks for the 28th - Delta said on 3 TV today they will revalue and it could happen starting tonight we all should be on HIGH alert - starting now - they are announcing this and no more cash left in the street and CBI will tell you that... Okie says from Indians says they speak with forked tongue... and there is some channels on TV there that are legit the 3 major ones that give you the true information and I trust these 100% this channels they do say lifting 3 zeros

BUT TODAY STATED - THE 3 MAJOR ONES - THE TV STATIONS I TRUST SAID THEY WILL INCREASE THE RATE.. I WAS SHOCKED SO WE SHOULD BE IN HIGH ALERT ... The media is in competition with the newspapers -

Okie says this is set in stone with the IMF and CBI what the rate is and the Kuwait dinar won't affect it - the IQD is already set - will he do this with the basket which would fulfill Shabibi's agreement to not go above Kuwait's agreement? Okie says this is another variable into this equation - Frank says if agreement with IMF is held to - it the are could come out higher if they all rate as a basket... Delta says that 85% of IMF has to agree with that first... Okie asks if that man is a salesman for the Kuwait Dinar... Frank says this question is homework for us....

Forum asks - what is your thoughts on WARKA bank that they wont deal on the dinar - Delta states lots do have accounts there but if you have an acct do not be scared - there is rumors about issues of the capital - that bank helped the US Gov and lots didn't' like that so some small issues of the capital but that's it - any bank open in Iraq has to be guaranteed by deposits to the CBI - and monitored close and guaranteed by the CBI - they are trying to get shares there...Do not believe those rumors...

Frank says we will eventually see to it he will get to every island to help the people...God willing... one island at a time... She asks the 5 corners - the Lord tells us to go to the 4 corners to spread the word it would allow our father to come back... it hit Frank that everyone has gone to the 4 corners but the 5th one where GOD is not welcome in the 5th one so we go there and its not easy but hard - but all for God's Kingdom...

Ok Frank says what a conference call - Thanks everyone for the call... we did our best to enlighten everyone from this Sunday to the next Sunday- and be patient and hang in there till its done... its very self evident of whats going on - hang in there support each other... Frank says I believe it will happen this month - Delta says the Constitution says it can't go post this year - they have to do this...they have to revalue their currency...

CONF CALL - As far as next week goes - Thanksgiving is on the 25th - Frank suggests maybe we have one next Friday the day after Thanksgiving if they have not surprised us by then we will have another conference call... the reciprocal of 26 is $3.22...

Not knowing manY here I can only Pray they are correct, I know PRES Talabanni speaking at Harvard University was this week, so Lets hope he has a safe trip Back and gets a Fire lit under The right people to get this done this week. And that it hits 3 Figure's.

Iraqi Parliament’s Chairmanship convenes to define Parliament session’s points on Sunday:

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi Parliament’s Chairmanship has held a meeting on Sunday morning to define the schedule of the Parliament’s session, expected to convene later in the day, the Chairmanship’s official spokesman said.

“The Chairmanship, comprising the Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeifi and his two Deputies, Qusay al-Suheil and Aref Teifur, is meeting now (Ed: 11:00 Baghdad time) to define the schedule for the points to be discussed in the Parliament’s third session, expected to convene this afternoon,” Umar al-Mash’hadani told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

The Iraqi Parliament had elected on 11/11/2010, and after about eight months of argument and discussions that followed Iraq’s March 7th nationwide elections, the candidate of al-Iraqiya Coalition, Usama al-Nujeifi as the Parliament’s Speaker, the leader in the Sadrist Trend, Qusay al-Suheil as his 1st Deputy and the Kurdistan Coalition’s candidate, Aref Teifur, as his 2nd Deputy.

The same Parliament’s session also re-elected President Jalal Talabani for a second Presidency term, whilst Talabani, on his part, assigned Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki for a second premiership session.

Maliki is expected to begin consultations with different political leaders to distribute the ministerial posts according to the election rights of each coalition.

This info feels like a rerun. ONE week will be the week. Maybe there are some lies in the news this morning, who knows! Did okie ever get on the call? I lost interest, my eyes were going blurry. Well Another EXCUSE for not Getting the Job done. This sure makes all of them look pretty Incompetant or Lazy take your pick.Just go's to show how much Pull Pres Talabanni really has= NOT MUCH.and Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki Has'nt done very much either. What's it gonna take to get them off their azzes.

Guess what? After giving yourself Carpel Tunnel, the Iraq Gov just announced another delay. They will not form and no new date has been announced. Who cares about these confrence calls. To date they have been 100% wrong.

The only CC's I care about are the ones given by the people here. They weren't wrong in anything because they were smart enough not to predict and be exact/specifics. This is why our next "desired" CC from them is taking so long, because there "are" no givens right now Hind site is 20/20, not foresight. Steve, check,railroader,etc all know this, so they don't tell us what "they" think it is because they also know how p.o.'d everyone here gets with misinformation.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I think the problem is people don't realize how much a trillion is. A trillion is 1000 billion. A trillion is equal to 1 million millions!

How on Earth could they even possibly round that money up? Seriously.... DV alone probably has 25 Billion collectively. What would possibly allow for them to make this kind of a ridiculous claim?

Kindly take out your calculators. 25 Trillion minus 25 Billion then divide by 25 Trillion what do you get? Lets make it easier... 25000 minus 25 equals 24975. 24975 by 25000. It equals 99%.

So they are saying 85% but their calculation is wrong it is really for 99%. They are claiming Iraq collected 99% of the zero denoms? c'mon!!!

Look... this is the point. No matter how much you want to believe in Guru's with even the best of intentions... you must use your common sense filters. If they say it is a fact but do not support the argument with anything but TRUST ME or my "intel" tells me.... then stop listening to them because they are full of IT! I like Frank and hope it was an honest mistake. Let's hope he hasn't built his whole cult following on this premise alone. Now quick... somebody check my math and make sure I am not wrong. :D
