Take it easy people...The three basic principles of good salesmanship are...1.Qualify your customer by determining their wants, needs, hopes, and dreams. 2. Create excitement! And 3. Create a sense of urgency. It's payday and sales need to be drivin. Especialy before you all go out and spend your money on the holidays. I'm just saying...The internet exist for one reason and one reason only...TO MAKE MONEY! It's a tool to determine markets, an engine to drive sales and a machine to facilitate transactions. Please, don't be naive. Don't become a P.T. Barnum caricature.

Well said! Yes buyer beware...I agree to a point with Med perhaps, but our investment overall I believe is in good shape. I choose to focus on the actual positive momentum that we see everyday lately.

In the remainder of 2010 and in 2011, we plan to continue with our fiscal and monetary policies

as set forth in our letter of February 8, 2010. We hope to be able to fully execute the 2010

government budget, in particular the investment budget, and we are working hard to improve

administrative capacity. The 2011 government budget will again be based on conservative

assumptions with regard to oil prices and export volumes, and will aim for a substantial

reduction in the budget deficit with a view to returning to a sustainable fiscal position, while

addressing the large rehabilitation needs of the country. Monetary policy will continue to aim at

keeping inflation low, predominantly through a continuation of our exchange rate policy.
