J.C. -Do you have a name, number and address for this company?

Also, did he discuss with you what the cost factor would be for Trust vs LLC's? ^_^

Just curious, I've been shopping around. And I too, am located in Southern California :o

Any information that you can share would be greatly appreciated. :D

And I thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

One of the first illegal scams Christie was involved in was a cult in Tehachapi, CA. His actions are chronicled on-line in the Phoenix Journal. The archives are kept with Ronald Kirzinger in Las Vegas and have been converted to PDF files for perusal on the web. Cort Christies uncle Terrance Novack replaced Kirainger when Christie threw Kirzinger out of Nevada Corporate Headquarters because of his loyalty to the Ekkers and what was referred to as The Mission, and not to Christie.

In the publications, which span more than a decade, it outlines Cort Christies involvement with a cult ran by a couple named Doris and EJ Ekker. Perusal of the documents reveals that Nevada Corporate Headquarters was an outgrowth of what Bakersfield Television Station KGET, in a two day news special on the cult referred to as the Tehachapi UFO Cult.

According to the Phoenix Journal, the cult members believe in a non-existent space alien by the name of Commander Ceres Hatonn. Doris Ekker had claimed to channel this space being. But, this was all part of the scam. According to documentation, the cult controlled what is referred to as Peruvian Gold Bonds.

According to cult records, using monies provided by this cult, the Ekkers established Nevada Corporate Headquarters. Cort Christie

In 2000 the Ekkers fled to the Philippines, a country without extradition, after the State of California raided and closed down the cult. This according to KGET-TV in Bakersfield.

According to the Phoenix Journals, Cort took over Nevada Corporate Headquarters by issuing the stock solely to himself and stole the company from the largest shareholders, the Ekkers.

E.J. In 1999 the Nevada Corporate Headquarters filed a lawsuit against the Ekkers in Clark County 6/2/1999.

This company has caused me nothing but financial trouble. They first contacted me some time in September. At the time, I was not interested in spending $1,500 to establish a Nevada Corporation. In December, however, I was contacted and told that I could receive the same service- if not better, for a discounted rate of $505. I took the bait... the very next day I called and said I had regretted my decision, and they said they would see what they could do. A few days later I was told that my paperwork had already been submitted to the Secretary of State. Fine...

During the following month I had three conversations with Martha Kim, my Corporate Coach. I asked her several questions, including when was I going to receive my paperwork (I had initially been told two weeks). Today I spoke with Martha Kim, and she told me I had until Friday to submit my initial list of members- for a $135 fee. I asked her why I was just now being told, and she said it was my responsibility to know (this is my Corporate Coach- the person assigned to me by NCH to ensure my business operates properly).

I began to argue with Martha Kim. I was upset that we had had several conversations over the span of a month, and it was just now- two days before my deadline, that I was being told I had another $135 to spend in order to make my corporation legal. She insisted it was my responsibility to know this, and even suggested I was an irresponsible businessman because I was not willing to "invest" another $135 in my company- how could I be establishing a business, she asked, if I didn't have a mere $135 to spend by Friday?

She gave me three options:

1- Pay the $135 by Friday, and my corporation remains in good standing.

2- Pay later, and be fined a $75 late fee by the state... or

3- Don't pay, and I would have wasted my $505.

I believe these Corporate Coaches are uneducated, self-serving, and very unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The rumor around Las Vegas is that ALL of NCHs clients will be audited by the IRS beginning from the tax year of 2006 and going forward. The states will not be far behind in this audit chain, as the IRS will notify each of the states of any thing they consider is incorrect at the state level. There is an environment of panic going on at NCH, and NCH Tax Service Arm, the former Integrated Tax Solutions, as they notify each of their clients of this information.

Cort Christie, the founder of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, along with the Phoenix Project out of Tehachapi California and the Ekkers were responsible for one of the largest tax scams in recent memory, the National Audit Defense Network, and the formation of a very nasty cult called the Phoenix Project in Tehachapi California. Cort Christies business partner is Corporate Service Center founder Derek Rowley.

Thank you, J.C....................................maybe we will be neighbors in Las Vegas! We have been talking about buy property in Nevada, maybe in Henderson.

There are alot of "Short Sales" and forclosures out there. You can get something really nice out there for not very much..................

Again, thank you for your help. It is much appreciated.

And I wish you and your family, health, weath and prosperity. And blessings galore!

You, take care, and be blessed!

Ah the Sandy River, the very first place I ever went fishing at ;). Favorite place to fish at was River Gorge about a half mile down from the Dam. Also played Sandy,Oregon City and Boring in LLBB. We lived in Clackamas County. As I said, very very beautiful up there......BUT I am a surfer and I hate cold water!:lol: The water in SoCal is cold enough, so forget about Seaside....which has the BEST left hand point break in the continental US.

I am finding this interesting. I lived in Clackamas and worked in Oregon City. Also grew up in SoCal. Fascinating to find so many people have these items in common. Also, anyone planning to fish the Willamette ought to consider catch and release. The water is filthy and I wouldn't consider eating the fish.

I never fished in the Willamette, I don't think. Only the Sandy, alot in the Clackamas River, some in the Trout river, and did some up in the lakes in Mt Hood. I agree, the Willamette is very dirty, especially near downtown.

Good info there.

Sarah,

Why Seyshelles instead of Bahamas, Nevis, Anguilla etc? What is the advantage (if any)? Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Best of Blessings,

Mark

That's your choice jim. Probably the big reason why most are going to Nevada to form a "C" corp ("S" or LLC don't avoid a 1040 being sent to you directly which is huge if you live in an income state tax state like California). By setting a "C" corp up in a NON income tax state like Nevada, the big gain you will earn with the Dinar (if held in the new "C" corp BEFORE the RV takes place) will avoid the state tax in your state. As an example, in California, the income tax rate maxes at $1,000,001 and over, your tax rate on every dollar of income earned is 10.3%.

http://swz.salary.com/salarywizard/layouthtmls/swzl_statetaxrate_ca.html

I would venture to say that most will earn over $1,000,000 in there investment and thus get hit with around $100k. If you have a Nevada corp then there is no state tax ON THIS SPECIFIC TRANSACTION even though you may still live in California. However, Dennis (I called him today as a matter of fact) stated that when I use this money for personal purposes and still living in California, that the money I use would be thru a payroll of this new "C" corp and thus state tax would be earned as I earn it. But if you leave it all in Nevada with a Nevada bank, do business out of this account in Nevada even though you still live in California, then you keep earning state tax free as long as you aren't taking it as income while living in California. DISCLAIMER!!! Please note...I am not a CPA or do any form of accounting or legal advising, so seek a professional on this whether it be a CPA or a tax attorney. I would definitely look into it though. For a cost under $1,000, it may very well be VERY worth your time. If you live in Nevada, Texas, Florida, Delaware, etc. etc. then it is a no brainer! :)

Sorry, those states plus South Dakota, Washington and Alaska don't have state income tax either. Thus no brainers for those who live in those states.

Great post. A little clarification - LLC's can chose to be taxed as a C-corp. Also, if using a a jurisdiction other than Nevada (Wyoming is my favorite), LLC's may provide superior protection to C-corps because the exclusive remedy against an LLC is a "charging order." However, if you own stock in a C-corp and lose a significant suit, the stock can be seized and the company taken. (Except I understand that in Nevada they recently enacted laws where a charging order is the only remedy against a C-corp as well.)

Best of Blessings,

Mark

Strongly suggest each person obtain independent counsel about LLC's, 'S' Corps and 'C' Corps. Each may be taxed differently in your state.

Liability is a key issue when setting up the entity that will own your dinar. That goes to tax liability and more importantly to personal liability.

Godspeed!

Amen to that prayin4peace.

Would also like info. seems us S. CALIF people need to figure out a way to avoid so much tax! I have an LLC with my spouse and I, but 100k per million savings would go a long way.

You don't have to go to a Nevada company to get a Nevada LLC/Corp/etc.... I have set up a couple of Nevada LLCs for clients (not that I'm offering). All you need to find in the state you want to set up your business entity in is a Registered Agent who can be placed on the formation documents. You can (and I think should) have your own professionals assist you in setting up the entity. They can interview you, etc... and help you determine what structure would best suit you.

Nevada is nice because they have a lot of standardized forms to use. However, they are getting more and more expensive with all the fees they charge.

A good registered agent should run you about $250 a year.

Best of Blessings,

Mark

The LLC would allow a ton of flexibility in investments and tax deferments.

Larry143 & J.C. - You also want the asset protection of the LLC. Also, you want to be make "business" expenditures that will be expenses deducted from your income. If you buy a car, you can't personally deduct it from your income. However, if your business buys the car to be used by the Owner/Manager (it is important to show a proper appearance - the Owner/Manager must drive a newer model luxury sedan. It is also important that the vehicle is always in working order when needed so the company will pay for regular maintenance), then you can deduct these expenditures as expenses to reduce the income upon which your company will be taxed.

Just my $.02 :)

Tom,

I completely agree that people should be careful about how they set things up. Along those lines, I have seen many certifications that I trust and some I don't trust much at all. For instance, a certification from the Family Firm Institute means a lot more to me that a certification from Heritage Group or Sunbridge. (Not that Heritage or Sunbridge are bad -- FFI is just more professional and thorough.) Could you tell us what group gave you your certifications as an Asset Protection Planner and Wealth Preservation Specialist? I'd like to look into it.

Thanks

Best of Blessings,

Mark
