It seems at one time it was stated that Iraq's fiscal year starts on October 1st?

People, I am sorry to report this but it our fiscal year that begins on October 1, the US Goverment Fiscal year. To help the USA the RV needs to be now!

I am not certain when the Iraq Fiscal Year begins but I do know when ours begins.

Actually Iraq's is in October the same as ours just found that info. Some countries are in fiscal year begins in the fall and some in spring.
