Allawi said that he was prepared to make available to another member bloc, the Iraqi prime minister, but insisted that the Iraqi right to form a new government , given the victory , albeit narrowly in the general election .

It was a lot of Iraqis are hoping to achieve greater stability of the elections of the country devastated by war and suffer from a bad economic situation caused by the sanctions , neglect and isolation.

But the political crisis prompted many foreign investors to wait on the sidelines. And moving the deals signed with major oil companies slowly.

Allawi said that it was important to the division of power between all the political blocs in Iraq's new democracy . The « because we are in a transitional stage we need to divide power , and we need to say that it will not be one is deprived of its legitimate right , and that no one would be a junior partner and the other major partner » . He said « Unfortunately, some of our colleagues in political circles believe that the presentation of a seat or two in the government you have enough , and that this is like you are part and parcel of the political process. We do not see this » .

Something's got to give. Does the GOI need to be formed in order for RV to happen or not??? One rumor says RV tomorrow while this article says no government until October. Not too mention some camps say the RV has to happen in order for the ISX to go international. But how can THAT happen without an RV which can't happen until there's a GOI. It's retarded.

I do read, jXXXXXXf. There are some who say no RV until government seated. Considering all the "experts" have the same amount of credibility, none, I don't consider any to be more insightful than another. So, I dismiss your contention that the RV CAN happen without a government to be wishful thinking, since it can't be proven to be true.

No one knows for sure. They meaning anyone on here can say they know this or know that but no one knows for sure. No one on these sights knows Iraqi law and if they say they do they are lieing. Why do I say this? Because even the Iraqis don't know the law. They have been changing it and manipulating it this entire time. If they were going by the law we would have already had a gov.

People saying that they can do things without GOI in place Show us the PROOF then since you are so adament at stating this . You are right........some say it can rv without the GOI formed, & others say it can only happen after the GOI has been formed.

I think many however have said their budget will not be released without a GOI formed, & they all seemed at one time think the rv was in the budget. All in all......most keep changing their story!

The only thing to me that makes sense, is the fact that if the GOI was not holding the rv up......then why has it not happened?

The only thing that does make sense to me is, we need the GOI to be formed for the rv to happen. That's what I think anyway!
