Disclosure Of The Date Of The Vote On The Oil & Gas Law & The General Amnesty Policy.   

ARTICLE:   Number of readings: 141.  The Parliamentary Legal Committee in the House of Representatives revealed the date for voting in Parliament on the “oil & gas” & “general amnesty” laws.

 

Representative Ahmed Fawaz Al-Latifi, a member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, said in press statements: “One of the most important laws that we are working on approving is the oil & gas law & the general security law that was agreed upon within the state administration coalition & this is what is agreed upon, & I think there are touches.”  

 

A final policy to agree on, and thus include it on the agenda and vote on it within the House of Representatives, and it was sent from the Council of Ministers as draft laws, not proposals to the House of Representatives & therefore we wait in the House if the letter or bills reach Parliament, to be referred to the Legal Committee & it is concerned with studying & discussing the paragraphs & rationale of this topic & thus putting it on the agenda soon for a vote on it.   

 

Finance Confirms Its Willingness To Send The Budget To The Presidency Of The Council For A Vote.   

The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced its readiness to send the budget to the Presidency of the House of Representatives to proceed with the legislation of the law as soon as possible.

TV saying the oil &d gas law need to include the decision of the federal Court.  FRANK:  There it is again.  Notice that the HCL is the key to the Budget.  Notice that the Budget is the key to the new exchange rate.  It is also the key for Iraq to stop depending on other countries for energy…
