The Federal Supreme Court rejected a request by former MP Mishaan Al-Jubouri to return to his seat in the House of Representatives after proving the authenticity of his secondary certificate in the Karkh Criminal Court, because the case was previously decided by the same court, as shown below.  

  

 

  

  

  

Earlier, the Baghdad / Karkh Court of First Instance rejected the lawsuit filed by the excluded representative, Mishaan Al-Jubouri, regarding his membership in the House of Representatives.
