REMEMBER, no one really  knows what will happen, or when.  They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ...  :twothumbs: RON

Walkingstick  There are many articles that are coming out saying the official exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar right now is at 1132.  Even though it's not posted doesn't mean it is not. And that doesn't mean that it IS either..! They are using that rate. They don't want people profiting from the exchange rate anymore...they want a parallel exchange rate to match the official exchange rate.  No more dual exchange rates...

Shafaq News agency reporter (correspondent) indicated that the buying and selling prices decreased in the exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad, as the selling price reached 140,000 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars, while the buying prices amounted to 142,000 Iraqi dinars for every 100 US dollars.

In Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, the price of the dollar also decreased, as the selling price reached 143,100 dinars against the dollar, and the purchase price reached 141,000 dinars against 100 dollars. @ 2023-04-09 - 13:58 and That's the facts...RON
