ARTICLE:  Minister of Finance: A crippling Dollar shortage underscores the vulnerability of the Iraq oil based economy.  Attempts to control the monetary crisis have had led to unintended consequences for a country struggling to get back on it's feet.  The crippling economy struggles, underlying the fragility of it's oil dependent economy, 20 years after the US led invasion.
