seadesk
I've had funds in Al-Warka since 2009, both in cash and ISX accounts. I have completely lost touch with what has happened with those accounts. As was the case with many of us, it all started out pretty good with decent communication between the bank and Mr. Issa and/or his staff. Since then, It has obviously all gone south. I now have some time on my hands and would like to see if I can recover any of the ISX stocks that were purchased by Al-Warka brokerage under "my good name." That is, not purchased under proxy and there are quite a few. I have good records and I keep good notes and I will report back my experience. My best to you and I thank you, Seadesk

cesspool
Thank you Seadesk… I would be grateful if you could find anything useful. During the past few years I have always thought Warka have no interest in withdrawals etc and this is why they are hiding under the radar. They can’t afford that. If a revalue happens, fees etc will bring them back on track and they will release our funds for a price. I don’t have a problem with that. I don’t have a problem with that... Me neither! Just do it already! 🙏 I doubt they would retain many, if any, clients no matter what happens. I know I'd be gone as quickly as I could and done with Iraq...for good. Edited November 12, 2022 by NMP2017
