Even if there is an agreement to share power, Allawi should be given a crack at the PM helm first.

Maliki has been the PM for the last 4years or more. What has he got to show? Nothing ,no power no water but millions disappeared corruptions shot through blatant self interest.

The US and UN should bring all the pressure to bear to stop Maliki from staying on as PM.

The Kurks are great administrators. Talabani should be given power to moderate between contending parties if Iraq is to move ahead.

Nothing wrong with that arrangement. Allawi is the man who has committed to RV the dinar immediately upon taking office as PM. Also, maybe things will get accompished during that two year period when Allawi is PM to rebuild Iraq. It will also give Maliki time to cover his tracks - in the event he's been involved in corruption. lol.
