Bank of America selling Dinars?

Fiday morning while out running a few errands I had to run to BOA in central New Yorkto take money out of my checking account. When I got my check cashed I decided I would ask the Dinar question again since it had been 2 months when I asked the last time.

I had asked the teller if I could buy any IQD and to my surprise she said yes, however she was not entirely sure. I told her that I was looking to buy the lower denomination notes like IE: the 500 dinar note. Anyway she brought up to the desk what appeared to be a brand new book of all the world currency they can sell. The teller came to the page of the Iraq currency and on this page were the 25,000 , 10,000, 5,000 and the 1,000 IQD notes. The book had pages that were all color laminated.

Anyway, the teller couldn't tell me the price for the 500 note but said I could only get the notes with the 3 zeros.

I found this all rather odd as just 2 months ago I went to the same bank and was told that they did not sell any Dinar what so ever and didn't think they ever would. One can only be led to wonder if something will soon be happening with reguard to them now selling IQD, at least in my neck of the woods. Again, I got a good look t their currency book, it was new with color laminated pages and the 25, 10, 5, and 1 thousand notes were the only ones available and could be had in 2 days.

Anyone eles know what BOA is up to?

Just a matter of time now let's all hope

Well Sir I would say that is nothing new. I have seen those very same laminated pictures in 3 Chase banks down here in Texas. So it means that is nothing new and have already been seen by many of us at different times and different places. I would say it's nothing to worry about. However I appreciate the post. :)
