Sorry, but they still don't get it. Direct taxation is not moral, its still stealing at the pont of a gun. Nobody should be beholding to any government in a free society, which the Constitution guarantees.

Colonel, from the video, I believe the answer to your question is "a simple three levels of Flat Taxes" with the first $40-50K of your income being tax free, but most or all other deductions are gone. It is not the Fair Tax, which is a consumption tax.

If you want to have REAL tax reform, then repeal the 16th amendment and only allow the states the power to tax. Why do we need a federal government to pay for everything? We are smart enough to do most things on our own.

If you really believe the U.S. is still "By the People for the People", you are sadly mistaken! We live in a country now that gives more rights to illegal aliens, and people that just sit on their a-- collecting a paycheck every month, (YES I'M TALKING ABOUT THE WELFARE CLAN!) Just a side note; Do people that collect a welfare check have to pay taxes?, just wondering. Why is it that true Americans can't wake up and see what these politicians are doing to our country? It is because we as a nation have let it happen. I grant you if enough AMERICANS stood in Washington and said NO, WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY ANYMORE OF YOUR BULLSH-T TAXES!, then we could start making a difference. Why should we have to go to work every day knowing that the Government gets their cut before you get your paycheck? I feel that we should have more say in where our money is going. Honestly, how many poor politicians do you know? I second the opinion that each state can govern itself. The way it has gone on in my lifetime, we might as well have stayed under British rule!!! While I'm at it, why do American taxes get spent on other countries, when we have people in America that have worked all their lives, payed taxes, but yet are losing everything they've worked hard for. There will be another revolutionary war soon, but this time it will be against our own TYRANT, (government). Soon America will have only two classes of people, THE RICH and THE POOR! I don't want to sit idley by and keep letting our country be ruled this way. Whatever happened to "The Land Of The Free, And The Home Of The Brave"? It's become, "THE LAND OF THE TAXED, HOME OF THE SPINELESS"!!!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!

I agree. one day it will come that tax payers will get fed up and join together. Either by voting out those against us or we just quit. They can not put us all in jail as you say. They can try, they can also take away what we have earn. But when the tax providers are no longer and the tax consumers are also no longer. United we fall!

As much as we may not like to hear it...the REAL answer can be found in Deut 28 & 2 Chron 7:12-16

IMO ...Believe it or not GOD is the only answer...though many do not like it or accept it...this country was originally founded upon Judaeo-Christian Principles...and more specifically the Word of GOD - the Bible....until we as a people repent...and really pray...then I fear the judgements of Deut 28 will remain upon us....but it is no longer "politically correct" to believe much less to state these things....with so many million "professing" believers in this country...the power is not in the voting box....not at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave...not even in the Congress and Senate...nor the states...the REAL power is on our knees....there I said it !!!
