Baghdad (news) .. Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, during a meeting at his residence in Moscow, with the head of the Russian company Lukoil, ways to boost oil investments in the country.

He said al-Maliki, according to a statement by his press office received the Agency (news) copy of it: that Iraq is seeking to increase its oil production and expand its industries of oil and the establishment of refineries and encourage companies to increase their investments in these areas, and said: Company Oil companies reliable respected Iraqi government and the Ministry of Oil, hello efforts by the company to expand its investments in Iraq.

The statement added: that the President of the Russian company said it plans to double its investments in the field of extraction and petro-chemical industries. / End / o. P /

Does it state that Maliki has a residence in Moscow?

I thought I read a year or 2 ago that he also had a huge mansion in Germany. It shows that if  have enough of those dinars, you can do something with them.
