The UN Security Council has voted to remove Iraq from Chapter 7 of the UN Charter, unanimously agreeing to lift the UN sanctions imposed on Baghdad following the 1990 invasion of Kuwait by the executed dictator Saddam Hussein.

Yota has a blog out. Iraq was partially removed from C7. There are some elements still in place because Iraq has not fully seated GOI, there is still no stability and Iraqis are still getting blown up.

I heard the same thing myself. Dont bring out the Champagne just yet.
