Chalabi said in a press conference at the parliament building on Monday "The CBI's sales of dollar in 2006-2009 reached $ 2078320000 billion which is equal to 56% of the general rate. The purchased sums are doubles to what was imported by the private sector in that period." MiuraDude
If this is true, wouldn't Shabibi have to be involved somehow? Or if he wasn't involved, shouldn't he have been privy to what was going on?
