I understand that there is a document that shows that no LOP would be allowed by the IMF. However, I have not seen anything indicating that the IMF can force Iraq to RV. Please correct if I am wrong. Iraq will RV or RI when God and they want to. Just like that, very simple. The UN, USA, China, IMF, ect do not such power.
