I'm still looking for a reinstatement (RI) of their former rate (or somewhere close) as opposed to an "RV". Iraq, as well as every entity that are hiding and working this thing behind closed doors are looking for one thing...Wealth...and not just some ten cents to the dollar wealth! When Iraq invaded Kuwait, this is what happened... their currency value dropped like a rock...then when the time came, it went back to the previous value. The ME mindset is one of greed and trying to "one up" their neighbors....I believe that a lot of folks are fooling themselves by following the presumption that Iraq is gonna come out low (throwing caution to the wind) and then raising it slowly. Crunch the numbers, look at past situations, listen to news articles, etc...but when the rubber meets the road....wealth, power, and greed are going to be the prevailing factor in the outcome! You can't RI a currency that no longer exists. Seems obvious, but hope springs eternal for some reason.

The six months they are talking about, is the remaining 6 months mandate for UNAMI.

InFederal Public administration

1. Council of Ministers approved a bill to postpone the application of the law of customs tariff when conditions are met applied to a statement issued by the Council of Ministers.

2. Approve the amendment to the Cabinet Resolution No. (347) for the year 2011 on the construction of (200) school in Baghdad and the provinces to amend paragraph 2 of resolution and extend the duration of decades for (3) months because of delays in receiving work and accompanying technical measures that are calculated period from the date of direct action in the month of 12/2011 as well as the amendment to paragraph 5 of resolution to be Fulfilling the remaining funds from Asalaftin Alchgalitin before submitting Aldhirah final action to give sufficient flexibility to the contractor in the implementation of its contractual obligations and will be calculated delay penalties according to the instructions and implementation of government contracts and no more than (10%) of the amount of the contract.

3. Approval to inform the Secretariat of the United Nations through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to extend the mandate of the United Nations Mission to help Iraq for a whole year.

4. Authorize the Minister of Transportation the authority to negotiate and sign a draft Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as corrected and amended by the Council of State based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution with the Foreign Ministry to prepare and document authorization required as Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Transport, according to the contexts of approved and submit to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers.

5. Authorize Chairman of the National Investment Agency the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement to encourage and protect investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the governments of the republics of Armenia and South Korea and Iran, as amended by the Council of State, based on the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution with the Foreign Ministry to prepare and document the necessary authorization on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the President of the National Authority for Investment and Agency in accordance with the contexts approved and submit to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers.

6. The Ministry of Youth and Sports donated spare parts for cars (population) and a total value of $ (194.977.073) euros to the Ministry of electricity based on the provisions of Article (5 / c) of the Implementing Regulations of the federal budget for the financial year / 2012.
