Thanks Alexyn for the post. I hope one day Shabibi is able to clear his name. I think it is very probable he will never return to his post as the Governor of the CBI. IMO, if he bares any guilt at all, in the CBI corruption of currency manipulation, he was buying/bringing back IQD into the CBI on the cheap. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Shabibi scheduled to retire next month? I doubt seriously the new Governor will make that many changes between now and next month, that were not already planned.
