Baghdad / NINAI /-- MP , Falah Hassan for the Iraqiya Slate said in a statement to NINA today " hint by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to freeze the Constitution is a serious and substantial threat to the political process which would create a new dictatorship in Iraq.

He urged Prime Minister to retract his remarks pointing out that Maliki aim at exercising pressure on the political blocs to offer loyalty to him," he said.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said yesterday in an interview on the semi official Iraqiya TV Channel that "there are some parties intend to freeze the constitution noting that such intentions push for freezing the Constitution. / End

Here is a desperate man. He is so stupid. I believe he is finding out that the rest of the Government has got his number. How dare he. This is pretty much asking for civil war. Take away the rights of Parliament to add laws and/or change laws. Who the heck does this nut think he is. It's really hilarious now that they got his number.
