Twilight news/United Nations announced, Monday, work in cooperation with the Iraqi ministries of planning, spearheaded by a new national development plan in Iraq.

iraq not only must do a population census .. but also have a realestate and comodity and infrastructure census in order to determin a net worth .. then they may revalue their currency .. this is important and has been shoved aside last year
