Well, that was about the most non-informative thing I've read in awhile. More proof the guy just loves the sight of his own words and the sound of his own voice...

Why would Iran and Syria want Iraqi Dinar now? CBI was selling USD and Iran and Syria were buying the USD on the black market. IQD's in other countries are worthless and are not Internationally traded!

The CBI may have been using the large auctions to move USD's out of their holdings in order to get a lot of the foreign held IQD's out of circulation. This sure would move a lot of them back to Iraq and back to the CBI.
