He said Jamil supposed to be there to encourage the work of private banks by the departments and ministries of the State in order to build and rebuild the country through the granting of loans for projects or deal with them in other issues and not fight them and restrict their role. He stressed the need to separate and identify the banks of good banks, non-efficient, the fact that there are banks of civil works in accordance with the regulations the global banking beyond the red tape and complications in loan operations and credit, while banks were required to close scrutiny for its work by the Central Bank as contrary to the regulations and banking laws .
