Virtue block calls to speed up the general budget to provide for a vote

Considered the parliamentary bloc of virtue, on Tuesday, the Iraqi decision to post the list in the session of the Parliament to vote on the budget is beginning to return to the meetings of the Council of Ministers and House of Representatives, while the presidency of the parliament and called for the Finance Committee to expedite submission of the budget for a vote.

The head of the bloc Ammar Tohme said in a statement issued today, the Iraqi List, announced its participation in the voting session on the state budget for 2012, considering that share the beginning of a return of the meetings of the Council of Ministers and House of Representatives.

Tohme said that this participation should be an important opportunity to invest the correct form for the return of members of the Iraqi parliament, calling for the Presidency and the House Finance Committee to expedite the provision of general budget for a vote.

IMO. It really don't makes since to why they haven't passed the budget. To many news articles about the budget but never a clear reason why. This has to be part of there plan (who ever is in control) not to pass the budget yet. Now if the RV is in the budget like I believe then that has to be the main reason the budget is not a done deal. They are waiting for something before they push the button. Maybe they just still want to bring in more Dinars, CBI is auctioning a billion USD for Iraqi dinars per week. Maybe it's chapter 7. Maybe it's the HCL. Maybe they want me to buy more dinars. Who really knows when they will make it happen. We just have to enjoy the ride. I believe who ever is in control will make this RV happen when they are ready. JMO.
