New CBI Rate

Hello All,

Perhaps you all know this already (and I take no credit).......but to me, this is significant! If this is old news, disregard and I aplogize for wasting your time.

The rate on the official CBI website has been 1170 for.......years!

It has changed to 1166.....

Any thoughts? Perhaps it is the dollar messing with the exchange rate, but it has never changed in...years, as I have said. I could use some help here.....thanks!
