Taking into consideration the Dinar value prior to war, and understanding the currency value in the Gulf countries... it would be shameful to Iraq not to get at least $2.00 per Dinar. Iraq has all the means to handle even a higher rate for the Dinar. Come on, troops! We need to stay optimistic... instead of a self defeating state of mind! GO RV!!!!
