I agree. Some articles have spoken about the HCL after the budget. I can only assume it means after the approval of the budget in parliament & before the budget opening imo. I don't really care what order they choose, as long as the HCL is law prior to budget opening. This way they could amend the budget if needed prior to budget opening. I just don't want to see the budget opened, funds start being disbursed, while the HCL is still in the process of becoming law.....otherwise I could see it dragging on for many more months

I am still in this investment because I believe it to be a lucrative investment imo. With that said, no one knows when it will become profitable & at what rate. Although there has been really good articles, to date this investment is still very speculative imo. Many speculate on the speculations. I would LOVE to see evidence of the NSCN's. This would excite me more than anything thus far. I am too smart to take Frank at his word.

I am becoming less & less hopeful to seeing our blessing this year. I am beginning to feel it likely the budget will open at 1310/1320 & this this continue until their currency has stabilized as many articles are stating or implied. My next target range would be mid year (July).

I will point out a few things. First off, Frank & WS had been claiming the education had already taken place long long ago & has been continuing. With this latest "intel", sounds like the real education has not even started. With that said, one would think that if this article is true, it would kind of be like the cat out of the bag so to speak. I would think things would need to be released very soon after or it could be potentially harmful to their plan imo. Would it not encourage the naysayers to be more inclined to reconsider? Although this "intel" is encouraging, it is suspicious as well. Another food for thought. When I was a member (gag) of Frank's site, I witnessed a conversation between Frank & WS, they were mocking & laughing at another guru for saying this "second" article would not include the date & rate as Frank & WS had insisted for years now. WS even went on to saying that of course it will show the date & rate because it is no secret. Not only was their conversation ridiculous imo, to claim it's no secret is a bit silly since it's still considered speculative to this day. As well, now Frank & WS seem to imply that the article is not going to have the date of release in it after all. As I have said before, they are winging it, day by day, getting their "intel" from the same articles we all read, only misinterpretation of the articles is often the case with them.

Over the years Erbil & Baghdad had reached "agreements" NUMEROUS times & God willing some day an agreement will actually stick. Until then, the never ending story continues

Let's see if I have this right Frankie. You had stated probably no less than 50 times that the IQD had already de-pegged from the USD, yet now you claim the currency is de-pegging as it floats? You change your stories more often than most of the other gurus spewing their nonsense. You had also stated in your worthless opinion that the budget would not open at 1310/1320. This clown has been winging it for years. His story changes based off of the articles he constantly misinterprets & when proven wrong again he updates his story. For claiming is contact has friends that own banks in Iraq, he sure is clueless....go figure. On a side note.....who here on DV believes the IQD will float at the current rate? I believe some recent articles spoke of the budget containing a "fixed" rate of 1320. I could potentially get a little excited if the exchange rate changed to somewhere around 1000/1 prior to budget opening, however, if the budget opens at the 1310/1320 rate, I fully suspect that will be the "fixed" rate they use for the remainder of the year.

Frankie needs no link or proof because of his honesty. 😆 I was a member on his site (I am ashamed) for many years & his "contact" Eddie gets his "intel" from reading the articles that are posted on Frank's site. I kid you not, his intel ALWAYS came AFTER an article he was quoting. And when Eddie chose to go on his own, his "intel" never showed up in articles. Just a complete clown show on that site. Frank could claim that bigfoot is sitting on his blue couch & all his sheeple would believe him 100%.

There has been so much back & forth on this subject in articles, we can only hope this will be resolved & they can move forward on the oil & gas law. With that said, through the MANY never ending years in this, I have always felt that this investment would not move forward until Kurdistan was happy. I am waiting on this to be finalized & in print/law before it is final.

One of the many problems with these gurus are, no matter how ridiculous the statement is, no matter how wrong they are all the time, there is never any accountability with them. So much of the nonsense that comes from these gurus, prove without a doubt that they are clueless and are simply winging it day to day.
